On the photos the hotel with its swimming pool looked good to me but the pool was half empty and closed moreover I found my room not very clean especially the bathroom.

The staff were nice! But we had to pay 20 euros for sheets and towels as they were not included with the room. This was not stated until after the booking was made. Also the beds were basically just sofas, not very comfortable. Cheap just for a night to sleep but I would not stay there for more than a night.

Nothing like the pictures when we booked. Very shabby accommodation. One indoor very crowded pool and No facilities on site, you have to go int Saumur which is a lovely city. You have to pay extra for bedding . Beds uncomfortable and furniture all very old. Definitely not worth the money.

The place is not too bad, location is quiet in the middle of nowhere, in the wood. Staff are kind and useful. But extra has to be paid for internet, cleaning, etc. And the parking is not close enough to the room, even the trolley provided is not the best decision.

Not what we expected at all unfortunately. The location itself is pretty but the resort overall is very lacking. Firstly, you can’t drive down to your accommodation, so you have to park in the top car park then use trolleys ( in 35 degree heat in our case) to take your luggage to your room. The bed were basically sleeping on the sofa. No bar or restaurant ( not even a snack bar) no ambience or atmosphere, very dull and lifeless. Our “view” was scorched grass and a ping pong table. We had to leave after two nights due to a relative being taken ill back in the UK. We asked if it was possible to have a credit note, as we lost a week of our stay but this was refused. In all honesty we were glad to leave, we have never been to a more dull and lifeless place in our lives. We won’t be using Belvilla again that’s for certain!

À fuir. Séjour en famille avec bébés qui tourne au cauchemar. Infestation de puces de lit et réaction scandaleuse de la direction. Des produits ont été pulvérisés sans évacuer les voisins, pas de remboursement du séjour ni excuses… Jamais nous ne referons confiance à ces résidences qui ont mis notre santé en danger (stress, manque de sommeil, piqûres, démangeaisons, application de crème à la cortisone sur nos bébés…). Ce n’est pas un avoir à utiliser chez eux qui va clore cette expérience « inoubliable »
