Personnel très accueillant. Notre vol avait du retard on est arrivé à minuit, et n’ayant pas mangé nous avons demandé s’il n’y avait pas quelque chose à grignoter. La jeune fille nous a présenté sa carte de snack et nous a apporté notre repas en chambre. Bravo..

Nice hotel. Communal area really nice. Staff very friendly. The food in the restaurant was beautiful. Lots of options of alcohol at the bar. Rooms ok. Clean and basic. The hotel is fine for business but probably wouldn’t recommend for families. I would stay here again if I was staying in the area.

Impeccable welcome. Room large enough for an Ibis. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Restaurant in the hotel very good with reasonable prices. Very decent breakfast. In the end very good for a 3 star. Too bad there is no small bottle of water in the room.

1ere expérience dans cet hôte ibis. Le mercure étant fermé cette semaine. Coté localisation : très dépaysant entre friche industrielle et camp de nomades avec en plus parking non sécurisé car portail en panne. Cote chambre : très correct pour un ibis. Les chambres sont grandes. Par contre je ne suis pas fan de la literie et du fait que la matelas ne soit pas recouvert par un drap. Limite en terme d hygiène. Cote service : absolument déplorable. Pas de bornes pour véhicules électriques alors que nous sommes en 2025. C est un avantage concurrentiel fort. J’ai demandé à me brancher sur une prise classique…j attends toujours la réponse. Aucun respect des engagements pris. Aucune recherche de solution. Désintérêt total du client…en plus je suis en statut gold. Un geste commercial aurait pu être appliqué….petit déjeuner offert ou boisson…bref, la prochaine fois nous ne reviendrons pas ici.
