+++ The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The apartment was clean and had everything needed to self-cater. The location was great, so convenient for local shops and bars. There was a good selection of tourism material available. Check-in was straighforward. -- The oven was not working at correct temperature so we had to cook food for longer. The TV in the bedroom was making a horrible noise and was unwatchable. When it rained the balcony was not water-proof and the water drained through the balcony roof. The balcony was great when the weather was dry. Overall we had a pleasant stay at Liberty Wharf.

Bright, modern, very clean apartment that is as good as the website indicated. Very central location convenient for work and shopping. We had one small problem which the very helpful staff quickly resolved. Will definitely use them again.

I had a great experience. It was closer to my customer site and staff was amazing and very cooperative. It is located next to the Liberty bus station and near to the city center. You could easily roam around the city center and to the near by areas and also take bus to any part of the Jersey.

Great place to stay in central St Helier. Close to bus station and other attractions. Comfortable apartment with everything you will need. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would certainly use stay here again I. The future, whether traveling on business or with family.

Fabulous stay with my husband and son in a one bedroom with sofa bed. Location was the best, apartment had everything we needed and was spacious. The staff were all awesome. Would stay there again, and likely shall.

We just returned after 8 nights. Travelled with my husband and son and stayed in a one bed with a pull out sofa. The apartment had everything we needed and was spacious and the location was just perfect. Super quiet, we heard a little from the nightclub entrance one evening but that was all, and it was Christmas Eve and nothing that was an issue, and apart from that it was super quiet. The staff were all brilliant, always very helpful and super nice (thank you!). We all agreed we would stay here again.

Excellent location close to centre and the sea front. Very noisy needs some decent sound proofing to the windows

Me and my sister went to Jersey to visit family. Was told I can not have any visitors in the evening. My family were followed around and the staff were rude and disrespectful to me and my family. Absolutely disgusting service. My sister also had an accident as the wood on the end of the bd sticks out so not a good place for children very dangerous. We have just got back to Manchester and I have had to take my sister to hospital who has a broken rib. Please do not stay at this place it’s really bad. I suggest the radison hotel
