Norfolk Hotel

This is an older but well-cared-for hotel, managed by a wonderful staff who made our experience very special, The breakfast is ample. We did not try the dinner. The grounds were nicely kept with a large pool and plenty of sun loungers. The location is great and you can walk to the beach or go shopping. Our room was modestly decorated but very clean and had plenty of room. The bed was comfy and the view from our window was nice. The Wi Fi worked great. We did have a few inconveniences such as no outlets on the wall near our head to plug in my husband's medical or our phones. The bathroom was a little dated and the shower clumsy. There was a sign that said we could buy shampoo, so take note before you get into the shower. We really loved our stay and for the price, it was a great bargain!

Lovely hotel, clean, Friendly staff, good food and reasonable. Our room was a good size, towels changed every day although we hadn’t requested it. The bathroom was on the small size but manageable for one week. Our first visit to Jersey and disappointed with the weather as it’s well known for being sunny! However, unfortunately we can’t do anything about the weather. Island revolves around the German Occupation in WWII.

My partner & I stayed here as a one week package holiday booked through Fairs Lloyd Travel. Found the hotel comfortable, the staff friendly & efficient. Meals were varied & tasty, with helpful waiting staff allocated to groups of tables. Our waitress, Tila worked hard to give customer satisfaction, with her friendly & unhurried demeanor. Evenings offered a varied programme of entertainment, with receptionist Brian, also hosting an evening quiz. This hotel is in a quiet location, close to a picturesque park & a short walk from the seafront. There are also good public transport links. We would definitely go back.

Staff were lovely throughout my stay, bed was super comfy, room was massive, as was bathroom, bathroom had been done up but the room itself was a bit dated, but clean and comfortable!! Breakfast was on till 10 which is helpful if you have had a few drinks the night before !! Didn't attend the bar at the hotel but they had plenty of things on every night and a pool table. The pool area looked well kept (however was too cold to enjoy as it is October) I wouldn't stay for dinner as there's so many restaurants nearby!!! I would stay here again, thanks for a lovely stay in Jersey

The hotel is in a good location. It has a lovely garden. A good sized car park for guests. All of the staff are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is really good with range of choices. Although we didn’t have evening meal during our stay the menu looked good and was reasonably priced. The hotel is very clean, the communal areas have been updated in parts. Beds are comfy, however the bedrooms are very dated. The cleaning products used must be very strong throughout the hotel, perhaps this could be looked at.
