The hotel is located on the street in the city center, making it very convenient to get to and from the airport and major attractions. There is also a supermarket downstairs. The room is larger than expected, clean and well-organized. The toilet also has a bathtub. After a long day of playing, you can take a bath to relieve fatigue. However, the soundproofing facilities in the room are relatively poor, and the sound from the corridor and the partition room is often heard, which will affect the quality of sleep.

The worst stay I have had in a hotel!!!! Booked an accessable bedroom for me and my mum who has mobility issues at the moment, with an accessable shower room, was given a accessable bath with a shower over the bath, which is no good for mys needs, the staffs responded with we have no other rooms sorry, so mum now can't have a shower for 2 days!!! (Attached photo shows the position she would have to be in to use it!) The TV doesn't even have basic free view (ironically it's a smart TV that you can't connect to the internet) and lights the keep flashing, and still the staffs responded with 'yer we don't have many channels, nothing we can do'. Worst stay i have ever had, I know thing can go wrong, but it's the attitude of 'there's nothing we can d" How about at least getting my booking right it's not rocket science!!

Excellent location,near to town centre and not far from sea front, room was quiet and very clean on arrival, staff very friendly and always helpful, food great we did a meal deal which was excellent value for money, 2 course dinner and breakfast

Great central location in St Helier with lots of shops, restaurants and bars close by. There is a Coop underneath the hotel so somewhere to grab supplies. It’s easy to access the harbour area from the hotel as well as the park and also shopping centre

Stayed in a family room from 9th–12th May. The bed was comfortable, and it was helpful to have a secure luggage room available after check-out. However, the overall cleanliness was lacking – we found other people’s hair in the bathroom and on the bed, and the paint was peeling in the bathroom. None of the windows could be opened, which left the room feeling stuffy. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again

A great central location for tourists. Bedroom door lock failed on first night at about 21:30 with personal items trapped in room. Maisie was the Premier Inn staff member working that night who did a great job of dealing with the situation (making a callout to appropriate person and once bedroom door opened, moving me to another room). Maisie kept me apprised of progress and was very professional and empathetic in her manner; a credit to Premier Inn. Keep up the excellent work Maisie!

Unfortunately, as seems common with Premier Inn, the experience was completely let down by the evening meal service. We ate there 3 times and each was a disaster. Service was slow each time despite only having a couple of customers. One meal took 2.5 hours while others were 1.5 - 2. This was topped by issues with undercooked meat, incorrect orders, missing items and wrong billing. Issues were shared across diners and issues seem to be systemic rather than isolated incidents. The hotel itself is well located and everything you'd expect from a budget lodging. Breakfast is good. Just a shame they can't run the restaurant on an evening.
