Premier Inn Jersey St Helier (Bath Street)

We stayed at the Travel Inn, Bath Street, St Helier for 5 nights from May 8th to 13th inclusive. I could not fault the hotel which was clean and comfortable. Having the restaurant within the hotel was great. The menu, for both breakfast and evening meal was very good. The meal deal was a bonus. The biggest asset for the hotel was the staff who, without exception were excellent in all regards. They were kindness personified.

Been here for 3 months working in jersey, very friendly staff always on hand to help. Room always gets cleaned upon request to a good standard

The welcome I got of the lady so sorry I didn't get anyone's name she was young with long hair in a bun .was just perfect and the service was brilliant and all the other staff so welcoming.i ate in the restaurant for breakfast it was good also had a few evening meals there food was delicious thanks to all the staff in the kitchen and waiting staff .room was very clean and modern and the people who cleaned the rooms were very polite and respectful I had a lovely stay here and will definitely be back thanks for making my holiday so brilliant X the staff make a good hotel and your all amazing xx

Good location Good hotel Nice room pity awful view to degraded and abandoned theatre The staff was helpful Breakfast was OK but could have had yoghurt and more healthy food. Short staffed I think as my towels were not delivered after asking 3 times. Great Restaurant O Porto in Minden Street, 2 min walk .. recommended.

We had a lovely stay, comfy beds and friendly staff, breakfast was delicious too and hope to come back very soon, my only quibble is the major building works going on....No one told us that the builders would be starting at 7.30am, banging and using Rachet guns on the scaffolding, even Saturday morning guys were out with noisy wheelie bins clearing up 😒

Very well-located hotel, with kind staff. The hotel is new, and the rooms are lovely and clean. Great value for a good weekend away. Would come again. There is a luggage room which is easy to access and usable for a donation. Breakfast was easy to get at the onsite restaurant, we even had a drink in the bar.

Noisy in the evenings in the hotel and noisy first thing in the morning. You are asked to recycle certain items for the staff, but nothing to put it in. A bin or bag would have been appropriate. No guide in room as to times of breakfast. No menu for meals if you wanted to purchase. Wouldn’t book again for a holiday, but ok if you just want the odd night

Very comfy, very clean, great breakfast. All staff were helpful and friendly, especially the young man on reception who helped us with an earlier than planned check out. Definitely recommend, great value.

Located near a pretty park (including some swings for little ones) and well placed for the beach and town/bus station - about 10-15 minutes walk for each. Beautifully quiet within the rooms and all fixtures fairly modern. Cleaned to a high standard. Staff attentive and professional. The rooms were quite small for "family rooms" - fine overnight but difficult for a week with growing children! We had dinner on three occasions and this was excellent - simple "pub fayre" but cooked very well, served quickly, politely with a smile and a joke. Also very reasonable prices for St Helier. The breakfast was standard Premier Inn: reasonable, but the cooked breakfast was sitting under heat lamps too long and was quite dry. We were stranded due to an air traffic control issue and had to return to the Premier Inn for an additional two days. The staff we talked to were extremely sympathetic and we were left water and chocolates in our room while we went out for dinner. This was a lovely touch and much appreciated.
