Alister Guest House

The room was very clean. Flexible check-in and out. We arrived there very early morning, hoping to leave our luggage, but Hakim, the owner, let us have the room instead. We really appreciate it because we left our home at 4am and were so exhausted. WiFi was good too. My friend and I had to work remotely for a few hours on our checkout day, so we did it in a waiting room(shared space) with cosy sofas. and there was no problem with WiFi. About 10 mins walk to the town centre and a small local shop (Morrisons) is within 3 min walk. Overall, we’d like to thank Hakim for a warm welcome!
Hotel De Normandie

Very good living experience, although the location is a bit far from the city center, but the price is also corresponding to the affordable point, and the facilities, environment, service are good, there is a supermarket next to it, the sea is opposite the road, very quiet. Also bring a bar. Recommended ~
Best Western Royal Hotel

This is an amazing hotel. It is in a great location only about 4 mins from the main shopping area. Our room was large, very clean and well decorated. Food was amazing with a varied menu for our evening meal. The staff were fantastic, attentive, friendly and very hardworking. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Jersey.
Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Jersey

The location was fantastic with views over the Marina and the little island with the Fort. The breakfast was good and the customer service was wonderful, we got our room upgraded due to an check in error made causing a delay. We were very happy with the upgraded room. The only thing that could be improved was the Spa treatments as there was only 1 person that did the massage and he was booked out during our weekend trip. More spa treatments should be made available with more than 1 staff member. Also the lady who did nails, manicure/pedicures was also not available during the weekend.
Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa

This was our 2nd stay at the Grand Jersey Hotel having previously stayed in 2014. As before we booked a Park View Room. The hotel has not changed much since our previous visit and is essentially comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect, taxi from the airport was around £20, or you could take the No 15 bus, which stops close to the hotel. Our room was located on the ground floor and was comfortable. We found the bathroom frustrating as the design did not make the best use of the space and was rather dated. The shower itself was reasonably powerful, although the shower screen itself leaked at the bottom creating a puddle on the floor. A minor gripe but something that needs attention. Breakfast was included and was of a good standard and variety. Choice of fruit, cereals, cold cuts, breads and most importantly the hot selection, nice bacon, sausages, eggs, etc, from the buffet. You could also order other items like smoked haddock, etc, if required. We didn’t eat in the hotel in the evening, but enjoyed pre-dinner drinks in the champagne bar, most evening. There is a nice indoor pool, complete with steam room and sauna. Changing rooms and showers were good, but the keypads for the locker doors were temperamental The hotel is not perfect and in places could do with some investment/refurbishment in places, however, it quite relaxing and a good base in St Helier.
Westhill Country Hotel

An absolute gem and a memorable birthday. Had the best time at the Westhill Country Hotel from start to finish. My Dad treated me to a birthday break and as soon as we arrived with were greeted with a very warm welcome by Austin who helped us check in and carried our suitcases up to our room. Our room was lovely and the hotel team went above and beyond with a Happy Birthday in our room and a room with a beautiful view of the swimming pool and gardens. The gardens were spectacular. Aquatic blue swimming pools, hot tubs, table tennis table, lots or outdoor seating, 5 acres of luscious gardens and an avery with the cutest birds you could ever imagine. When we came in from dinner on the first night we decided to watch the live entertainment. Annette really entertained us with her wide array of popular tunes of different music genres and musical instruments. Just after the interval I was sitting there with Dad and then Annette said I hear we have a birthday to celebrate, then to my delight and a wonderful surprise, everyone sung Happy Birthday. Annette then asked me what I’d like to drink and I said a glass of Prosecco please and she came out with a whole bottle of Prosecco which was very nice. We then all had a boogie on the dance floor with Dad and the other guests which was great fun. Annette’s mum was there with her friend watching her so we got to meet some of the family. I have to say Annette and the team are all fantastic, warm and friendly. Next day I had my first breakfast and it was perfectly portioned, tasty and came out swiftly. The staff were very attentive and the view whilst having breakfast was stunning. After breakfast, we got the free shuttle bus in to St Helier which was very handy. After a lovely day out and next night’s dinner, we came back for the movie night in the Twilight room which was lovely. We also played some Pool before the film. On our final day, my Dad and I were saying how much we had enjoyed our stay and would love to come back. The hotel, the staff, the entertainment, the food, the ambience, it was amazing and love the facilities and what they have to offer. Love love love 10 out of 10
