Rooms are among the best available anywhere. Service is impeccable. The restaurant is great. Spot offers great views and awesome spaces to relax. Simply a lovely get away. Hotel is near world class restaurants and the best wine in America.

My husband and I stayed in the King Bed River/Vineyard Suite. We loved every minute of our stay. The bed was comfortable, the shower felt like a heavy rain storm, we had a wrap around deck with a large table and fireplace. It was raining during our visit which gave us an excuse to stay in our room and cuddle. The breakfast every morning was flavorful and healthy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was heated, they have a nice Spa and an outdoor bar. The views of the vineyard were so beautiful, especially in the morning. The push button lights were a little challenging but everything else was divine.

We had an amazing stay for a quick birthday trip. Once I booked Jessica, the concierge immediately reached out and was amazing at helping coordinate airport transportation, dinner reservations and even found us a vineyard horseback experience. The ground were impeccable and the staff was all not only courteous but friendly. The room was modern and thoughtfully designed. The location was walking distance to St.Helena which was a welcome bit of exercise from all the eating and drinking. The resort team stayed in communication during our stay via text to make sure our needs were being met. We will definitely stay again.

I have traveled extensively in the US and internationally. Alila Napa Valley was one of the most exceptional hotels, welcomes and stays I’ve ever had. Generous sized rooms (especially for CA), extra amenities (like a separate tea kettle, so the boiled water doesn’t smell like coffee - a common feature in Europe and virtually NO WHERE in the US), heated bidet, extra reading nooks, and a completely private balcony made the property exactly the secluded haven I was looking for. To make the stay even more wonderful, Christa, Assistant Front Office Manager, went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensure I had everything set for my stay - even printing a 175 page manuscript, which she had ready for me upon arrival. Valet service went above and beyond, noticing that my car needed a charge before I could even ask. I will definitely be returning.

Modern, spacious and comfy accomodations. The firepit on the deck was a highlight and kept us warm enough to enjoy a glass of wine outside while the temps were in the low 50s. Great spaces around the property to enjoy views and the afternoon sun after a day of winetasting. Location could not be better next to Beringer and walking distance from main street St Helena. The restaurant is a treat with inventive italian influenced cuisine. Don’t miss the amazing Margarita’s with lime salt foam at the outdoor bar.

Beautiful boutique type hotel a shot distance from downtown St Helena. Rooms are fresh and have all the amenities. All modern. My only complaint is the beds need to be a little plusher. My bed was the same hardness as the Hyatt Centric in Dublin Ireland. Restaurant was excellent. Even breakfast was better than your normal hotel breakfast. Spa though small has excellent services.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Gorgeous property, every detail was perfect. We received an upgrade and the suite was unbelievable. The staff was incredibly attentive. The breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to town! We will be staying again!

Beautiful property in a perfect location. Staff were friendly and professional. This is our quick getaway from our busy life at home and Alila Napa Valley had delivered it. My 3-day time off feels like a weeklong. It is a perfect getaway. Food, wine, good night sleep and beautiful property.
