Excellent accueil et personnel très sympathique. Hotel très bien situé: proche du centre mais suffisamment éloigné pour être au calme dans la verdure. Chambre et ensemble de l'établissement propres et très bien entretenus. Excellent welcome and very friendly staff. Hotel well located: close enough to the town center but far enough from it to enjoy a quiet and green experience. The room and more generally the hotel are clean and well maintained.

Nice hotel with a good emplacement. Kind personal and good room. Lot of parking spot. Very helpful and nice personal. The room was clean and quiet. There is a super u (supermarket) near from the hotel and lot of restaurant (5 min in car). Wifi was very good.

Hôtel dans un quartier calme et résidentiel, à quelque minutes du centre-ville en voiture. Chambre pas très grande mais confortable avec kitchenette. J'ai eu un problème avec la propriété et des fourmis dans la chambre. L'accueil m'a donné un insecticide mais ça n'a pas rectifié le problème longtemps donc j'ai du quitter le lieu après la première nuit sans remboursement pour la deuxième nuit. Un peu dommage, car l'accueil a bien compris et a essayé de le corriger.

L'accueil a été inexistant. Nous avons réglé et les clés nous ont été remises. Aucune explication sur le petit déjeuner ni la piscine ni sur autre chose d'ailleurs. L'endroit est joli mais le parking est trop petit pour que tout le monde puisse se garer. Notre chambre sentait le renfermé mais elle était propre . Équipement présent mais pas de bonne qualité. Arrivés au petit déjeuner (réservé la veille pour 9h00) à 9h02 nous avons attendus jusque 9h50 pour pouvoir nous asseoir et petit déjeuner. Aucune excuses du personnel. Plus de serviettes de piscine disponibles. Pas correct du début à fin .

Nous avons réservé le studio spacieu et bien équipé. Le cadre de l hotel est top et la tranquillité des alentours est irréprochable. Nous avons adoré la piscine. Petit bémol l'attente a l arrivé pour l attribution du studio mais compensé par un départ décalé. Et les coussins trop mou a notre goût. Mais sans hésiter nous recommandons ce lieu et nous y reviendront à l occasion.

Le calme et la proximité été au rendez-vous point positif ! Quelque petit souci au début du séjour néanmoins le personnel a été à l'écoute et à réussi à trouver des solutions pour nous satisfaire. Mise à part Jean Noël qui a été irrespectueux en vers nous, on a eu un souci avec notre réfrigérateur, il nous a dit " de ramener notre repas pour qu'il le mange" il été arrogant il ne nous regardait pas dans les yeux quand on lui parlait son excuse "je ne peux pas vous regarder dans les yeux j'ai du Travail à faire" il avait clairement rien à foutre de nous. Il n'a même pas essayé de trouver une solution pour nous aider !!

Personnel très accueillant surtout Jean-Noël qui nous a reçu lors de notre arrivée. Hôtel bien aménagé dans un quartier très calme. Néanmoins je pense que le petit déjeuner peut être amélioré notamment le « riz sofé » et les viennoiseries. Je recommande !
