"The rooms were of good size. Spacious and comfortable. Good that they have air conditioning for the heat wave! Limited English channels. Overall quite clean with coffee and tea and kettle. But tabletops were not clean..Wiped it snd my wet wipes were black. Lobby has a cool party vibe and it was the week of tomorrowland. We liked the place since we were traveling with adult kids but if we were to come with our 9yr old, ot will not be suitable. Far from grand place but we drove so it's ok. Would have been a very far walk."

"The hotel is located not far from the Royal Palace right from a shopping street with trams. When I arrived there was only self service check in although there is a reception hidden at the back. No AMEX card was accepted only visa, Mastercard or European bank card which made paying harder than required. The room was clean but small and there was not even a cup or kettle in the room. Also no tv just one bed with two separate duvets. The bathroom has small shower and the floor seemed to be some sort of plastic cover. The light switch also switched off all power so in the morning my phone was not charged, I did notice later that there were in fact two buttons but as the are black it was hard to see. There is a seating area but as it was on the top floor the roof takes most space. On checking out I was told that there is a central kitchen area below stairs where you can get a cup or use the microwave but as there was nobody with check in I didn't find out. Price was reasonable for Brussels and it was close to my client it was satisfactory."

"Booked this last minute and pleasantly surprised with how nice this hotel was. Staff are friendly and my room was immaculate! Looked like it had just been refurbished. I will definitely consider booking this same hotel again. The location was very convenient as it’s just a short walk away from Gare du Midi/Brussels Zuid station."

"I was really lucky. When all the flights were cancelled due to a strike in Belgium, I was able to stay in a place that felt just like home. It was like the old houses I had read about in fairy tales. As soon as I stepped inside, I was amazed. The layout was really unique. I had to climb two flights of stairs to reach my room, and it truly felt like I was on my way to a princess's room in a fairyland. When I got to the door of my room, I never expected it to be a tall double door. I felt as if I was entering a palace. The room was spacious, and it had a fireplace that I had always dreamed of. The door lock used an old-fashioned key, just like the kind that many people wear as a decoration around their necks. For someone like me who is used to living in reinforced concrete buildings and taking the elevator every day, this experience was truly like a fairy tale. Although this place wasn't perfect, perhaps the old houses in fairy tales are all like this, aren't they? The experience here was really special."
