"The location is perfect specially if you’re traveling by Eurostar. Breakfast is very good but only from 7:30 to 9:30 however it’s worth it to wake up early for it."

"We arrived at the hotel quite late at night, so we had to ring the doorbell at the entrance. A friendly staff member promptly came to assist us and helped us with the check-in process.
Once we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised — the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. The hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable.
One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room — we had a clear view of Brussels Central Station, which was especially charming at night.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The room, the facilities, and the service all exceeded our expectations."

"The hotel is really nice. The location is very good. Carrefour is diagonally opposite, which makes shopping very convenient. There are billiards and table football in the hotel, which are all free. The children have something to play with. The room is also clean and tidy. Highly recommended!"

While the hotel corridors smell of old smoke, the room itself smelt fine and was well presented.

"My favorite hotel in Brussels so far. Good location with many restaurants, convenient stores, shops etc. Friendly and helpful staff! The room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast. Everything was perfect during the stay! Would definitely recommend this place!"

AAirborn63The hotel is located not far from the Royal Palace right from a shopping street with trams. When I arrived there was only self service check in although there is a reception hidden at the back.
No AMEX card was accepted only visa, Mastercard or European bank card which made paying harder than required.
The room was clean but small and there was not even a cup or kettle in the room. Also no tv just one bed with two separate duvets. The bathroom has small shower and the floor seemed to be some sort of plastic cover.
The light switch also switched off all power so in the morning my phone was not charged, I did notice later that there were in fact two buttons but as the are black it was hard to see. There is a seating area but as it was on the top floor the roof takes most space.
On checking out I was told that there is a central kitchen area below stairs where you can get a cup or use the microwave but as there was nobody with check in I didn't find out.
Price was reasonable for Brussels and it was close to my client it was satisfactory.

MMogorThe newly renovated hotel smells like paint. No one tidied the room. The customer service at the front desk was courteous. There is no air conditioning in the room and you have to open the window. It is noisy at night in the center of the city. It would be better if you stay on a high floor. There are bars and restaurants below and it is noisy if you stay on the lower floor. It is more convenient to eat out, but the breakfast is not very good. At 17 euros, it is not cost-effective! At this price, accommodation with cooking facilities is acceptable in Europe, but you must live in a high-rise!

GGuest UserFrankly, I want to give this hotel full marks for its clean and nice environment, free coffee and water at the pantry island next to the reception, and friendly, cheerful and helpful receptionists, just my local friend there said the location does not seem very safe at night. Indeed it’s quite quiet at night. So have a weary eye when you walk back to the hotel.
If you are considering a hotel near the Midi Station, I will still recommend this hotel. It is just 5 mins away! No need to worry about the noise from the trains, you hear nothing inside the hotel and room!

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is pretty near to the Midi station, just a street away, and the tram and bus bay are behind the hotel which is very conveniently located. The hotel room is not too big, even the bathroom is small. The heater may not be as warm as expected but it could make do with it during winter. The hotel front counter staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall a good place to stay.

AAnonymous UserI was really lucky. When all the flights were cancelled due to a strike in Belgium, I was able to stay in a place that felt just like home. It was like the old houses I had read about in fairy tales. As soon as I stepped inside, I was amazed. The layout was really unique. I had to climb two flights of stairs to reach my room, and it truly felt like I was on my way to a princess's room in a fairyland. When I got to the door of my room, I never expected it to be a tall double door. I felt as if I was entering a palace. The room was spacious, and it had a fireplace that I had always dreamed of. The door lock used an old-fashioned key, just like the kind that many people wear as a decoration around their necks. For someone like me who is used to living in reinforced concrete buildings and taking the elevator every day, this experience was truly like a fairy tale. Although this place wasn't perfect, perhaps the old houses in fairy tales are all like this, aren't they? The experience here was really special.
