Very friendly welcome comfortable room (with spa bath) quiet. Very low price (one night on August 4 reserved two days before). Attractive table, attentive service, only pleasure, breakfast at the height of the services, long live this beautiful region still preserved from the crowds...

Tout était parfait, l’équipe nous a très bien accueillis, nous avons ressenti une véritable envie de faire plaisir et de faire en sorte que l’on se sente bien dans cette chambre d’hôte. Belle ré découverte depuis les changements s de propriétaires, le restaurant est toujours très bien décoré au toujours aussi agréable. Le menu proposé est soigné , les plats sont gouttais et joliment préparé , de la tartelette asperge homard en passant par le dos de cabillaud jusqu’à wuzu, c était sublime .

La cuisine de Mathieu Vidal est juste incroyable ! Avec grande humilité, il nous livre des plats de chef gourmands, raffinés, originaux. C est juste divin. Digne d'un bon restaurant gastronomique et tout cela offert en toute discrétion. L'excellence de livrer son art avec son cœur. Les tarifs sont de plus très en dessous de ce que vaut sa cuisine (8 à 13 euros les entrées, 20/25 euros le plat, 8 euros le dessert). Vous êtes assurés d'un moment chaleureux et d'un plaisir pour vos papilles. l'Ortensia est un incroyable lieu de gentillesse, de sincérité dans un cadre magnifique face aux montagnes sur les hauteurs du joli village de Saint Gervais sur Mare. Nous y venons dès que possible. (A seulement 2 h30 de Montauban) Merci à Laetitia et à Fanny pour leur accueil chaleureux. Belle continuation à Lise. Merci à Mathieu pour ses petits plats végétariens délicieux (à préciser à la réservation). Oui un chef peut vous régaler ainsi ! Mon mari a adoré les Saint Jacques snackées, le canard artichaut et pommes mousseline à la truffe. Tout était parfait. Nous revenons toujours avec une joie immense. Les chambres sont très agréables. Petit déjeuner maison avec fruits frais, viennoiseries, pain maison, laitages, jus de fruits... Établissement dans une très jolie bâtisse. Très bien entretenu. Accessibilité facile pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. C est déjà réservé pour une prochaine escapade. Allez y les yeux fermés... Et le cœur ouvert. Merci Mathieu et merci à toute son équipe.
