If you are searching for a place to stay just outside of Paris look no further. The attentive staff and relaxed atmosphere of a forest enclosed hotel made our excursion for the 2024 Olympics absolutely amazing. Being able to escape the hustle and bustle of the Olympics while still being within striking distance of our next venue was a blessing for my kids 10 & 12 , Mom 84 and my wife and Me. We can not wait to return. The on site restaurant had a first class wine selection in addition to a menu that shifted with market availability and quality twice over the course of our week long stint making repeat meals an easy choice. Even if you can not spend the night try and stop in for a meal you will not regret it.

Relais & Chateau has only the name. The area where the hotel is located is terrible, from the website it seems to be inside a forest and instead it is close to a very large road with cars and trams passing by. Very old hotel never renovated. Old rooms, without air conditioning and incredibly hot. The two ladies at the reception are very kind and really try to do their best but the conditions of the hotel are terrible. The view is of a garden full of tools, weeds and a lot of dirt, dirty balconies with old wood where you certainly don't want to stay. Rooms with power outlets at floor level, a practically unreachable minibar inside a wardrobe. Terrible cleaning. Terrible bathrooms with exposed pipes, spiders in the tub and dirty water from the sink. Very expensive restaurant with poor service, we asked for a simpler dish for the children but we were told no. Breakfast with very little choice, terrible service and a 20 minute delay in opening. It was supposed to open at 7am and we had to knock to get it and they opened at 7.20 causing a big delay. Nice people at the reception when we said we were leaving.

Le Cazaudehore est un havre de paix où ma femme & moi même avons pris l'habitude de nous rendre régulièrement. Le cadre verdoyant, l'accueil trés professionnel sans jamais oublier d'être chaleureux, et bien sûr notre dîner ... tout était parfait ! Bravo au sommelier Patrick, qui nous a fait voyager tout au long de notre repas !

Cadre toujours au top service archi-nul. Il faudrait former les équipes à ne pas renverser de liquide sur ses clients et à présenter ses excuses quand ça arrive. Également apprendre au sommelier la différence entre une bouteille de vin et une demi bouteille. Pour le reste c’est un détail (sauf la facture bien entendu). Il faut tout revoir
