Come relax at “Bay to Beach” located in the gated Plantation community on St. George Island, FL! Our home is the ideal haven for a private, serene get-away, where you can enjoy the fabulous sunsets over the Apalachicola Bay from the deck, stroll to the pristine beaches of St. George Island, or get cozy by the private, screened pool. Our lovely property offers two walkways, one to the Apalachicola Bay for fishing and one to the beautiful beaches of St. George Island. Our home has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths for a maximum occupancy of 13 guests, NO EXCEPTIONS. The main living area is located on the third floor and includes a dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, two living areas with flat screens, and a private master bedroom with a king bed and bathroom. The second floor includes a master suite with a king bed and private bathroom. There are also two additional king bed suites, as well as a kids’ room with 5 brand new twin XL bunk beds. Home Amenities include: -Flatscreens in all bedrooms -Elevator on the main floor with access to all three levels -Laundry facilities -Tesla Charging Station -Free Starlink Internet Service -Screened Pool -Fully equipped kitchen -Deck with lounging chairs -Fish cleaning station -Gas grill While staying in our home, you will also have access to all the Plantation community has to offer! -Gated community with limited access through security guard -Access to Plantation Clubhouse with pool and exercise room (located 1.5 miles from our house) -Resort Village pool -Paved bike paths -Tennis courts -Access to Bob Sikes Cut, a renowned fishing spot -Fishing Dock *Our property is cleaned with regard to the most updated VRMA and CDC recommended procedures between guests and before your arrival. *Travel insurance is recommended in case of natural disaster it events of nature. We do not sell or provide insurance, but you can use Travel Guard or Red Sky and ask specifically for “Travel Interruption Coverage”. *Maximum of 2 small to medium sized DOGS only may be allowed with OWNER APPROVAL only. Pets must not exceed individual weight of 50lbs. *Reservations must be 7 night stays during the Peak High Season months of June - July, Saturday to Saturday.
