Great resort, have two caves on site, beach is small but beautiful and calm, great for family, walkable to crystal cave and blue hole park

This place is disgusting. Dirty sheets and pillows. Room is outdated and big cockroaches everywhere. No toilet tissue, body wash or hand soap. Tub was dirty. Shower had half a glass, so everytime you take a shower the entire floor gets wet. I complaint to management about it and she did nothing. She didn’t even compensate me some of my money back. This place is not worth the money. Spent over 4000 for 4 nights at this dump. Never again.

We absolutely loved our 2nd stay at Grotto Bay Resort after being there the last time 42 years ago for our honeymoon! Great upgrades over the decades and more to come at the main building this fall and winter. Bus access extremely easy to get to go anywhere on the island. Food was fantastic! Short walk to the Swizzle in for drinks and food is you want to experience and ice cream across the street. Crystal Caves to experience right up the street to visit. Will visit again! Just need queen beds instead of double beds in rooms.

Walls are paper thin, you can literally hear your neighbor ball up trash, clear phone conversations....everything. When they are outside its like they are in your room. 2 exceptional employees, everyone else is just there for.a paycheck....

Overpriced and the view was not really that great from the resort. Some of the staff were less than cordial. Shall we say I would not stay there again. The spa was wonderful and I absolutely recommend that.

I will recommend Grotto Bay to anyone traveling to Bermuda. I would love to see better coffee pots and a microwave in the rooms. Still the best vacation I've ever had. Staff were phenomenal.

Chose this hotel for proximity to airport and private beach. Less than 10 min ride and you arrive at a newly renovated hotel. Walkable to Blue Hole and Swizzle. Not much else around and a $35 cab ride to Hamilton. Bus is easy but takes a bit longer than by Taxi. Wish we had more time to venture out.
