Great service, food en location. Stayed 7 nights and on the last day an shower available and of the day after check out. Nice family hotel , clean en good room. Staff is very friendly and helpfull . Located next to the lift, startingpoint of skiclassis and shops. Had a very pleasant time and recommend this place for a stay and have a wonderful ski holyday.

This is my second visit to this hotel and my first with the family. What an amazing time we had. We stayed half board and honestly nothing was too much trouble for the team at anytime, they were so welcoming, friendly and genuine. Everything you could wish for as a guest and more. The food was varied and cooked beautifully every night. Room was comfortable, clean l, warm and showers with pressure for a rinse off after a day on the slopes. Location of the hotel to the slopes, lift and ski hire was also perfect. I would recommend this hotel and indeed the resort to anyone thinking of going to France skiing and I will return here over going to 3 valleys.

Un établissement fabuleux. Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances au ski, comme à la maison : de l’accueil des plus agréables, et qui a continué de l’être à chaque instant, en passant par une équipe toujours sou, hante de rendre votre séjour des plus agréable, sans oublier une cuisine absolument fabuleuse à qui il faut bien penser à rendre hommage à chaque bouchée ! ce séjour dans cet établissement fut fabuleux, nous conseillons très fortement cet hôtel qui offre des prestations de haut vol avec une localisation totalement idéale. Merci à Olivier et ses équipes pour leur gentillesse et d’avoir su nous SATISFAIRE au plus haut point ! Au plaisir de réitérer cette belle expérience,

Nous sommes venus manger 4 jours de suite au lac bleu et nous avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité d’accueil de l’équipe qui est souriante est très à l’écoute de ces clients. Les repas sont raffinés et plus qu’abordable au vu de la qualité de leurs qualités.

nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au lac bleu 1650. L'emplacement est idéal au centre de la station et au pied des pistes. Service impeccable. Le patron Olivier est omniprésent et aux petits soins. Rachel à l'accueil est d'une gentillesse incroyable. les chambres sont spacieuses, bien équipées. Le ménage est fait tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et varié. La restauration est excellente, variée avec des spécialités internationales et bien entendu savoyarde. On se sent choyé et comme chez soi. l'hôtel est charmant, à taille humaine et reste à un bon rapport qualité / prix. casier à skis/bagagerie/parking. . tout y est pour passer de bonnes vacances. On reviendra certainement .

Un accueil, une gentillesse et une qualité de service au top. La restauration est tout simplement excellente. La situation de l’hôtel est juste optimale. Les petits déjeuners sont très complets et variés. L’ensemble du personnel est à l’image du propriétaire au service des clients.

Les serveurs sont désagréables. Nous voulions manger a 2 il y avait énormément de place encore en terrasse sous prétexte qu'il était 13h30 le responsable de salle où je ne sais qui nous a bien "gentiment" dit qu'il fallait arriver avant si nous voulions une table ou réserver. Sympa pour un resto apparemment réputé !
