Check in was not easy and had to call after hours for help to get in . Asked for ground floor room , not available , so we were put on 2nd floor !!! . Bed side light worked but the fitting was extremely loose !
Room was clean and mattress was very comfortable . We have stayed here many times but never had these problems before .

Noisy ground floor room that opened straight on to car park (rooms 3&4) - woken up at 1.30am with people coming back from nightclub and from 4-5am with people talking loudly right by the window. Room needs a proper clean, refresh. Supposedly an accessible room, but impossible to open the door without walking straight into the bed. Decor not as moser or nice and usual Feels like an old Premiere Class room taken over by B&B. Has broken the positive consistent experience we’ve had with B&B hotels over the last few years. Will definitely use Ace hotels now instead

Very reasonable room for its price. Pitty there is nothing on walking distance like bar, restaurant or any other amusement feature. Very friendly staff.

Helpful very welcoming staff member/manager. Quick easy check in. Very clean comfortable room (14) with lovely view and glimpse of the Seine. Super breakfast. All very good value. Will recommend to family and friends. Thank you.

I am used to go to B&B which are good for quality/price. This time arriving at midnight I had some issues booking directly on their website. It was impossible to get my key at the entrance. I had to call assistance and then wait to get a miserable woman called Marie who was able to finally give me a room… I think Marie should change her job to something else as clearly she forgot her smile at home with her customer service skills.

Would not recommend this hotel.
Not up to the usual standards of the BB franchise. Very tired looking and in need of refurbishing. Bathroom especially poor and very tight for space. Toilet paper ran out on the evening of our one night stay, obviously not checked by cleaners. Shower didn’t drain properly.
Receptionist seemed flustered and couldn’t find our booking.
