This budget hotel was chosen by our tour company for one night, while we were traveling through Normandy. It was basically clean, towels thin and small, only one per person, no hand towels. TV had French channels only, no hairdryer, however I was able to borrow one from the receptionist. Sparse breakfast, very basic continental.

We waited two hours before our dinner was served. Not so strange because there was only ONE member of staff who tried to cope reception, kitchen and waitring. Imagine that with almost 40 guests. How on earth can a manager leave his precious personnel (hardly trained!) all alone on a busy friday night! Breakfast was served by 3 members.....

Our car broke down just outside Rouen. We ended up staying for 4 days while the car was being repaired. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who were so sympathetic to our plight. They even loaded UBER onto my wife's mobile so we could get around during the day

Not a pretty location but convenient for my onward journey to Normandy. I will definitely use Originals hotels in the future. My room was upstairs and at the back overlooking neighbouring hotels. Quiet and clean room = good night's sleep.

Abords très simples, pas luxueux mais très propre. Chambre impecc assez spacieuse équipée bouilloire café/ thé, Yvetot. Rien à redire, rapport qualité prix impecc. De plus petit déjeuner super !! Restaurant intégré très simple mais correct, équipe féminine très s’impatiente

We verbleven al verschillende keren in dit hotel , deze keer was een tegenvaller ! Mail gekregen om 13u dat de receptie uitzonderlijk gesloten was van 14u tot 17u. Wij waren op doorreis en hebben de mail maar later gelezen. Bij aankomst was de receptie nog steeds gesloten en kwam de dame maar opdagen om 17u30 en dit bij 35 gr.Na een lange autorit wil je graag naar je kamer en een frisse douche nemen. Geen sorry en niet vriendelijk toen we de receptioniste er over aanspraken. Schimmel in de badkamer.
