Very good hotel! Very clean room and nice staff! The breakfast was perfect! Good bedding, ample parking, beautiful decoration of the hotel and rooms! Close to bus lines and 10 minutes from Rouen We will come back with pleasure!

The air conditioning did not work. Unfriendly and condescending staff who seem to be bothered by the slightest question or request. This is definitely not the place to rest and wake up refreshed if you have a long day of work ahead of you. Horrible experience.

We urgently asked if we could access the WC on an exceptional basis We were dropped off by blablacar bus Just my friend and me (not as if a whole bus was disembarking...) The gentleman did not allow us to access it J I found it shameful and inappropriate for women He had the nerve to ask me if I was a trader No connection I will remember this incident My friend and I are over 50 years old… We had to urinate outside What a lack of tact and kindness I understand why so many people travel abroad

Ideally located, opposite the Zénith and the exhibition center. Professional, smiling and very pleasant staff. Excellent breakfast. Good bedding. Small but functional rooms. Few hangers, suitable for 1 or 2 nights. A few additional hooks would be a plus. Parking available.

Quiet hotel despite a large avenue nearby. The staff is pleasant. Clean room with good bedding. Very good breakfast. A snack is available if necessary with coffee, tea and lemonade. Restaurants nearby and the zenith of Rouen is just across the avenue.

Our stay at this hotel went very well. Thanks to the team, the staff are great. Thank you very much to Charlotte for her welcome and her diligence. Small downside, the paint in the bathroom is peeling :/

Very far from the Ibis style standards for a price higher than the prices charged by these establishments. Bedroom window overlooking a wall, very small bedroom and bathroom, I had rarely had such a bad experience in an Ibis style! Any breakfast with very industrial products… for a room at €112, never again!
