Stayed here before and it was acceptable but probably wouldn’t book again. First the positives - reception staff friendly enough although not even acknowledged when we booked out (3 staff were chatting). Reception area and corridors clean and tidy! Bed was comfortable. Negatives - towels in room (ripped) and not changed at all during the duration of our 5 night stay! We are aware you can ask for room to be cleaned. We did this for night 3 and was disappointed that only the full bin was emptied - dirty cups were not changed or teabags refreshed. Towels or bedding not changed! The bathroom was miserable. Floor grotty and dirty stained. And no toilet brush. The mirror was not cleaned before our arrival. The location is handy. By the A30 and the double glazing is excellent. You can’t hear the road from room! We ate at the next door Penhale for one evening and one breakfast - both very nice. And acceptable quality. Staff in pub all very pleasant! If we were to book a Premier Inn in Cornwall again we wouldn’t book this one unless it had a refurbishment!

The whole place needed updating. Sure it had been cleaned but doesn't look good because of the old decor Staff were excellent, very polite and helpful Plenty of parking. Pub next door stopped serving food at 8.30pm very strange. But there are takeaways near by.

For a stop over it is pleasant enough but do not go with the expectation of luxury, overly clean or with more than basic facilities. Staff on shift were lovely and pleasant and were all more than happy to help with a smile for customer service it was good! Wouldn’t recommend a long stay here but a weekend stay over it is suitable enough Had a few issues in relation to cleanliness inside and outside of room, appearance of hotel and meal next door was awful. Unfortunately cleanliness in both buildings was not to a high enough standard.

Having stayed in many Premier Inns up and down the country, this stay turned out to be a major disappointment. If this had been our first experience of Premier Inn we would never use them again. Check in was quick and easy, but upon entering our Family Room, we were hit instantly by an overwhelming smell of damp and mould. Evidently this was coming from the bathroom which had mould spots all over the ceiling. The bedroom temperature when we arrived was 21 degrees and this just got warmer and warmer. Overnight, with 4 of us in the room it went up to 26 degrees. Summer temperatures at the end of October! This hotel does not have air conditioning, but it really does need it. Would hate to have stayed here in the summer, I imagine it would be unbearable. Premier Inns are normally great for a good night’s sleep, but the floor above our room was really thin and we could hear every movement of the guests above during the night, and were woken up every morning when they did. We asked for the room to be cleaned during our 3 night stay, as we had received an email saying we could do this. All we got was the bins emptied - dirty coffee mugs and glasses were left and our tea and coffee was not replenished. The beds were comfortable. Will not be in a rush to come back.

A delightful stay at Fraddon Premiere Inn, great location and the food deal with the restaurant next door was exceptional value for money. The hotel has plenty of parking and has some useful shops opposite.

Hotel booked by employer for a business trip. Extremly polite staff, rooms were clean and comftable. Free WiFi was a bonus to catch up on admin, no issues with speed. Water pressure was perfect considering most hotels it fluctuates. Felt safe as a lone female traveler.
