Stayed here one night and everything worked smoothly and flexibly. Jess organised our wishes in a friendly manner, breakfast at the garden ( also a perfect spot to enjoy a glass of wine from the region in a shade ) was a lovely highlight to finish a perfect stay in Saint-Émilion. All the city sights and many chateau's are within walking distance. The room was well-equipped and had everything that is needed for a short stay. Very informative approach from the begin with and all the tips and recommendations were shared during our visit. Can't wait to return one day to this gorgeous place.

We stayed here for 7 nights and had simply an amazing time. Great location, friendly staff and superb room. The courtyard breakfast is great and through meeting other guests became a regular stop before dinner to enjoy a glass of wine and a good chat. Estelle the hostess made it even more enjoyable with her friendly attitude and helpful and kind nature. We will return again without hesitation.

Pros;location,room,clean. Cons;owner,not good with resolving issues. First issue she was excellent in changing room,then issue about room cleaning and towels she went off the deep end and pretty much said we lied about being in room so could not clean. Also note;1st day nice breakfast quantity,2nd day half as much,3rd day very little.

We have been in St Émilion several time and love the place. Chambres d’Ovaline is our new find. Easy paid parking just right in front of it. Attention to detail. There are signs everywhere to guide you to the right direction. Bedroom is super. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Breakfast was very good with many choices. One down side was no shampoo in the shower but only shower gel. We plan to come back.

Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche à 19 h face à un portail fermé avec digicode ..Ça commence bien nous appelons le portable indiqué, personne , au bout de trois appels , nous avons enfin une personne , au bout de pendant 10 mn , nous étions sur le parking et avons rencontré un anglais qui était ds la même situation que nous ...la personne nous dit je n ai pas encore votre réservation, mais vous avancez ds une petite cour où se trouve au fond un espèce de mobilhome qui n a plus rien à voire avec une chambre d hôtes .même si l intérieur, rien à dire...Nous avons décidé de partir , l endroit nous convenait pas du tout ...mauvaise expérience très déçus, et évidemment pas de remboursement...pas très élégant
