The room is quite clean and have a sink inside. However the numbers of shared toilets and bathrooms is a bit few and you may need to queue sometimes.

The hotel is very budget. We stayed there only because there was a bus to the airport from Saint Denis station early in the morning. We walked to the hotel at 22:30 from the Saint Denis metro station to the hotel and early in the morning at 4:00 back, we got there well, nothing to worry about.
The downside is that under the sheets the mattress is in a leather cover, so it is very hot and you sweat, we were there in the summer.
The room smells like sewage.
The toilets were very clean.
The staff is friendly.
I recommend staying if you just need to get up early in the morning for a bus or if you really want to save money and the conditions are not important to you.

Cleanliness and odors need to be reviewed, there's an infection in the stairs and in the bedroom. There's noise outside, and people aren't respecting the peace and quiet. Avoid.

I stayed two days, and the room wasn't cleaned on the second day.
The welcome was unbecoming of such an establishment, with rude reception staff.
