the hotel room was very poor. the bedding, towels, bathroom were clean, but stickers stuck to the children were left on the walls. Curtains - terrible, even disgusting to the touch. kitchen area - worn, walls blackened, smeared. Staff answered only phone calls, no emails.

Room 211 from 01/15/24 to 01/18/24 The cordial welcome and sympathy of the hotel staff is not enough to "get across" the degraded character of the establishment: the room is of another weather, the carpet is in a very poor condition, it is cold the small radiator is stuck at 19 degrees, during my three day stay I had no hot water, no remote control the first day, I killed two cockroaches in the kitchen, ... it's a disaster. That's not all, unpleasant smell a mixture of humidity and who knows what, dilapidated furniture, paint to be redone. In the bathroom there are spots of mold on the shower ceiling. I confess to having checked that there are no bedbugs. In short, the standing for the price is not there. Wait for a complete renovation before going there! My company made a reservation for a year, I hope I got the wrong room…

This Aparthotel is well located and not far from the M13 metro line. There is a bakery and a pharmacy in the surrounding area. The Stade de France is not too far from there. Line 13 connects the city center where there is a connection with the other metros
