I stayed at this property for a two-night business trip. After the first night, I developed itchy red welts, which I initially thought were mosquito bites. However, the situation worsened over the following days—the bites spread across my body, especially on the side I slept on. Back home, a doctor confirmed they were bedbug bites. It’s been over a month, and my skin is still healing. I never expected something like this to happen during a short hotel stay. I’m sharing this to alert others and to urge the property to review its hygiene and pest control measures.

Well location is great 150m from RER that brings you to the Airport and also to the City and it's easy to go to Disney from there. Dont bother to eat breakfast there it's not worth it. There is not much to do around there there is a McDonalds right next to the hotel and I saw 2 Restaurants The rooms are ok but not really clean. I saw mold on the ceiling. You will get a Code to Center the room. There are 2 bathromms and 2 showers on every floor. I had a room with a sink in it but now Private bath. The last 2 night my body Was itchy I dont know if there were bed Bugs. Not really great The stuff Was bored and some were kinda weird. But that just might me I dont know. I would rather spend a few more Euros and stay at a different Hotel. I dont expect mich esp not for that price but it should be clean. The Windows open just a little. The sink has Stains and I dont even wanna know how the bed looks like under the matress. 2/5 just because location Was great. No English TV channels

Fabulous stay for 1night.. They let us check in early as a room was available 👍🏽.. Room had a double bed (hard but ok for us), TV (in French lol), Wash basin & USB charging plugs.. Room could do with a fan as it got very hot (there is a window).. Shared bathroom (we had towels in our room, Ty) were clean & tidy.. Breakfast was ok.. Cereal, Toast, Bread rolls, Hot & Cold beverages.. Location was in walking distance to the stadium.. Cheap & Accommodating

Do not believe the picture 🤔 the place is not what is advertised. Is far from central Pari so any money you think you're saving you will spend in Uber/taxi 🚖 If you're backpacking and you're ok with a hostel then the place is alright. They charge 3 Euros for towels, 10 Euros for early checking and some of the attendant are nice ( depends)😂 We got a room with bathroom inside (glad we did) the room is so small 🤣 you can't even think together lol The place is clean, safe, but not a regular hotel as advertised; it is a hostel at best and it is infuriating to see how is only 34 euros a night over there while the internet charge's 65... I did not take any pictures because I rather put the memory in the forgotten one's lol at the end we enjoyed Paris 🇫🇷 and made the best of it and if you don't mind a far away hostel the ace was alright.

I was in this hotel during a fair which literally saturated all the hotel solutions at a decent price. This was one of the few where I was able to stay spending "only" 60 euros per night while the average was double that in the city. The hotel is no frills, no frills. Self check in, with code you enter the room. Hyper basic room. Bed, chair and sink. And TV. External bathrooms and showers. For the price paid it is a good deal. The modest but fair breakfast.

Really disgusting. The list would be too long (see photos). The breakfast (all you can eat lol) is just limited, you shouldn't look in the corners either. The only advantage of this hotel is the proximity to the Stade de France.

The showers and toilets are clean. The room is well isolated from noise and very clean. We are welcomed directly, everything is very simple and quick. Despite a lot of people, there is little noise. I highly recommend this hotel

The room is clean the transport is very good (Rer B) 500 m the staff is very unpleasant long wait at reception MC do is closer to the hotel beautiful view at the Saint Denis stadium the room is a little small for 54 balls

I made a free cancellation reservation, canceled well before the date and was still charged at the time of booking and since then I have been fighting to get a refund. It lasts two months. Non-existent customer service that does not respond to numerous emails 😡. Unacceptable for such a group. Really very disappointed
