Had an unbelievable dinner last night Monday 28th October, the service from Jeanette was absolutely outstanding felt like I was in the shard, not the premier inn in Wales. Was a smooth experience dining n sleeping. Thank you for a great experience Thank you to the Chef, jeantte & management

Standard Premier Inn but fairly new, clean and comfortable. We were in an accessible room wand the bathroom was excellent, with plenty of space and grab rails. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, generous, tasty and good value.

Really nice place,staff are really friendly and very helpful, especially Mégane&Toby .chef Paul cooked my mixed grill to perfection .The cooked breakfast is delicious.I have stayed here frequently over the last few years and always had a perfect visit.

Went for an evening meal in the restaurant served by Megan K so lovely and happy made it a lovely experience thankyou so much such a lovely waitress. Rooms where very clean and new, and super comfortable beds perfect location for us to explore Pembrokeshire we will be back :)

hotel location is very good and quite, 10min go to the town and the supermarket. also the room is very clean and good pressure shower. Big thanks to receptionist- Jayne, he is so friendly and helpful, allocate to the good view room. I had a nice birthday weekend there.

It’s always nice to walk into a hotel with a warm welcome and that’s exactly what we had . On top of that the rooms are lively and the service was 10/10 with really good food . A BOG thank you to Paul, Conor and Toby for the great food and service . I don’t remember her name but we arrived Sunday afternoon and the lady/manager was also very lovely so overall 10/10

A good modern hotel with just the sort of facilities to make a stay comfortable. I would have been happy to stay longer but there was a schedule to meet. Located a short distance outside the town and from beaches I suspect it would be very popular in summer

Great option if you want to choose to have breakfast or sleep in. Staff friendly and helpful, made sure I stayed in the same room as it was over 2 bookings.

A one night stay before catching the ferry. The hotel was brilliant. Food was lovely, rooms great size and so comfy beds. What more could you want. Would definitely stay again. Staff were fab. Special mention for Chris (was running everything and so helpful) and Matthew who made our evening meal experience so enjoyable. 5 star Customer Service from both. 5 star experience for our whole stay.
