It’s an okay place for a short stay. The room was clean but it’s a somewhat old building. The TV wasn’t working. The bathroom was clean and well kept but could be renovated because the water draining was very slow in the bathtub and the toilet had to be flushed a few times to get it fully flushed.
However, the parking was convenient. The place was quiet and calm. Easy in and out with no hassle. Stores and food places are nearby. Recommend for a short stay of a day or two.

The workers were so nice and friendly, stayed for 4 nights and it honestly did its job. Would I come back, yes. I’m just assuming rates were a little high due to Formula 1 weekend which is why I stayed here. Away from the city but also 15mins. The property can definitely use some upgrades but it’s an older building.

At first glance, this place doesn’t look good. However, the rooms are clean and have everything you need. The guy who runs the place is very nice. If you need to be in that part of Montreal, it’s a good cheap practical option.

Terrible. We were room 25.
At might night Saturday 13 april tp Sunday 14 april, rental of room 26 starting to be nosy. I knocked the door no answer
Continue all night until 8 in the morning.
Disturbing a lot. I can not sleep. Bad night.

Not bad if you’re just going to sleep in after touring the city for the entire day. Nothing fancy but doable just to rest.
