This hotel was underwhelming. It was Valentine's Day weekend. The pictures make this place look big and clean. The original room that we got SMELLED like **** BAD and it looked like someone was just in there because it wasn't clean. Water in the bathtub and hair on the sink. Gross. So I called and asked for a different room. They were nice and moved us right away. Still, a very small room for too much money. Also, best western PLUS Kelly inn.... I didn't understand the name until we arrived. It's like they are 2 hotels squished together.

We got a suite and it’s super outdated, it looked like a dungeon. It also had a terrible smell and felt very damp.
The front desk staff however was fantastic and very kind and helpful.

I didn't like when i booked for king room but i was given 2 queen which was not in good clean as expectedand cigrate smell .I had to go back to the front desk and switch . The next room was 2 beds too much better and cleaner .

Overall great stay. The pool and kiddie pool were incredibly cold. The kiddie pool is VERY slippery. Myself and another guest got into the kiddie pool and both fell with our children in our arms. We are lucky neither child was hurt from the fall. This needs to be addressed to avoid any injuries. Also, breakfast should be advertised as at green mill. We felt very mislead on this. Comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower.

We had a room that overlooked the indoor pool, which was a bit odd to be honest. And after reading some of the we were a tad nervous what the noise level was going to be. There was a baseball tournament happening in town, so the hotel was packed and they went to the pool both nights. Were they loud? Of course. Did it stop at 11pm? Yes it did. And the noise level was honestly not terrible.
The beds were super soft and the pillows were perfect! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
Plus, you’re right on the Mississippi River!

The staff was very friendly and our furbaby stayed free. The best hotel water pressure we've come across with a great shower head.
