My husband and I stayed in room 102 at this hotel. The room smells like dog pee/poop. We can't fall asleep at night due to the smell. Front desk let us sleep in room 122 and allowed us to leave the luggage in 102. We went to room 122, the room smell of cigarette. At the end, front desk transferred us to room 119, which that room was fine. At 8 am, one of the Housekeeping ladies knocked our door in room 119. She woke us up without apologize. She asked if we were from room 102. She said someone was in our room. She was trying to open the door and couldn't open it. I was wondering why she needs to open the door since we have a do not disturb sign at the door. There have nobody inside the room besides the luggages. My husband went to room 102 after the lady left. The luggages are still in the room and nobody was inside. The same lady came again and told my husband that her key wasn't working. Her key wasn't able to open our door. We were just not sure why this housekeeping lady needs to keep trying to open our door. Do not stay in this hotel if you don't want someone to knock your door in the early morning and wake you up without apologize and trying to get into your room when you have a do not disturb sign at the door. Do not leave any valuable items in the room.
