Just the BEST place to stay in the village. Its is an ideal location in the centre of village - really great bar and restaurant - fabulous staff - wonderful Spa... Have stayed here over a number of years and makes for a great base... 100% recommended

The room was very comfortable. We’ve stayed many times and this was slightly disappointing as on one evening the Spa wasn’t working (steam room, sauna and jacuzzi cold). Coffee pods were not replenished and towels removed without replacing.

Super! Premium Location direct at the Slope. Room and Hotel clean, comfortable bed, nice interiour, big rainfall shower, friendly and helpful employees at the Lobby, Bar and Housekeeping, free Water in the Room, nice bar and good food. beer really expensive...

la chambre est spacieuse et les petits déjeuners excellent et copieux j'ai très apprécie le spa et ce d'autant plus que le temps ne permettait pas de skier toute la journée. A souligner l'accueil de tous le personnel Un petite remarque le paiement de la totalité du séjour dés mon arrivée

Dans l’ensemble, l’hôtel est propre et la conciergerie est accueillante. Cependant, nous avons réservé via Booking et il n’était pas précisé que l’accès au spa était limité à une heure par jour… De plus, nous avons été installés dans une chambre donnant sur une vue très confinée d’un bâtiment en ferraille, ce qui aurait mérité d’être mentionné. Cela dit, la literie, la propreté et le petit-déjeuner étaient très bien 9/10.

L’appartement était très agréable. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la cuisine si besoin. On a apprécié le SPA, et la ski room au rez de chaussée. Appartement avec vue sur les pistes, idéalement placé au pied des pistes pour aller skier mais aussi pour profiter des restaurants et commerces du centre.

Joli hôtel bien situé, personnel très aimable Un bémol : la difficulté d’accès aux infrastructures et services de l’hôtel : bar, piscine, spa,… quasi toujours complets (probablement du à l’agrandissement des capacités d’accueil de l’hôtel…dommage)

Séjour déplorable à tous niveaux, service en chambre aléatoire, coupure d’eau en soirée sur les étagés supérieurs impliquant l’impossibilité de se doucher, service au bar inexistant, réception totalement en dehors du temps, séchage des affaires de ski au local à skis ne fonctionnant pas, etc … etc …
