Stayed here from 3rd - 8th Jan 2023. On arrival they asked for a €200 deposit for the room which would be frozen from our account. You also have the option to clean the room yourself or pay an additional €40 to have it cleaned for you. We ensured the room was immaculate when we left and were told that the refund had been made. It’s now over a week since we arrived home and the refund has still not arrived back in my account. Sent an email to the reception and have had no reply. Shame really as the apartments themselves were not bad. But will not be returning!
