We visited the Rashleigh Arms for 2 nights. We were very satisfied with our room and with the amazing breakfasts. All the staff were lovely with a special mention for Joe at breakfast. Also Charlie who kindly changed our room immediately when a couple of things were not quite right. We felt that customer satisfaction was important. Overall a great place to stay with plenty of parking (grade 2 listed car park so cobbled and very bumpy!). The Rashleigh Arms is a popular restaurant in its own right but it is also within very easy walking distance of other wonderful eateries in Charlestown.

Lovely place. Double room was large, clean, great bathroom. Great bedding and towels, soap etc. Breakfast included. Had full English. Great local ingredients and very tasty. Good selection of Real ales. Staff were great. It's ideally suited as a base to explore local area. Thanks and see you again soon.

Comfortable and spotlessly clean room, everything thought of, great location snd sea view. Staff super welcoming, helpful and friendly. Plenty of choice on the menus with particularly delicious breakfasts. We’d definitely recommend and consider staying again when next in Cornwall.

Stayed in one of the harbour view rooms in separate building which was lovely and clean with a super view and was very comfortable.Bathroom a bit tired in decor with a few cracked tiles, but good shower if a bit on the small side but perfectly adequate for a couple of days. However, the pub itself is pretty grubby inside and pretty tired. A few pleasant bar staff, but some looked quite bored and helping customers was a bit of an effort and chore, considering it’s a tourist area, think the staff could do with some training in how to do hospitality well! Bar area where Breakfast was served just looked a bit grubby and tired with food being very average, coffee very bland, we didn’t bother the 2nd morning and went elsewhere on the way home. So would stay in the separate hotel building again but wouldn’t bother with breakfast or the actual pub.

All staff were friendly and most helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room [Topsail] was very clean, comfortable and well appointed as was the bathroom, which we both found restrictive with little space to use comfortably. Room temperature was easily controlled as the weather was changeable over our stay, however, we had to wedge the sash window to prevent it rattling when windy. Breakfasts, Evening meal and Sunday Lunch were really good with plenty of options. Would definitely stay here again as this establishment is trying very hard to achieve and maintain high standards.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Rashleigh. The room was spotless (commendations to the lovely housekeeping staff), beautifully presented and superior quality. There were lots of nice touches. Good value for money. Minor quibbles were the slightly tired decoration and the deterioration of a well used but stylish en suite. The breakfast sausages need urgent attention! They spoiled an otherwise lovely food experience (dinner and breakfast).

Fantastic stay. Our room was in the townhouse 1 minute walk away from the main pub and it was a fantastic room verging on a suite. Very spacious and comfortable with sea and harbour views. We had breakfast and evening meal and both were delicious. Staff are so friendly and helpful with nothing too much trouble. Already booked another visit.
