Hotel personnel was very polite. But the room had mold behind the pictures. They did not move us to another room due to "we are fully booked" and gave me 2 options...either clean the mold off with bleach or check out. I paid too much money to check out without a refund. Hence to say not the best place to stay in.

We had a great time in St Augustine!
The tv had some trouble but they were quick to fix that!

It is an older hotel and needs a few upgrades. But clean. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very nice. Location was perfect.

The reception upfront was very good, the room was adequate enough, the beds were average comfort sheets, barely fit on top broken plaster in the bathroom overall just plain

Threadbare towels with holes, mattress that felt like box springs, breakfast was a joke. I do not recommend this property other than location.

I would have liked to give a good review. However, the following is what led me to give this hotel an average rating. Upon arrival, the lobby area appeared unkempt. The room carpet was not clean. Also, the bathroom floor had hair in the corners and the tub was not cleaned properly.

Beds and pillows were not comfortable. Floors were not clean. Bathroom sink and shower drained very very slowly. Breakfast was ok, but not much of an option. Coffee was good.

This is an older property that needs renovations. The tub was along. When we walked in the room there was an overpowering cleaning fragrance.

The hotel is old and outdated. Carpet is stained. Bedding has some small stains.
The bed and pillows are uncomfortable.
