2 free private parking spots and 2 FULL bathrooms. Located in downtown.
Historic building fully renovated with 4 apartments that all share the pool with separate entrance. We are located in the heart of historic Lincolnville in downtown Saint Augustine. Don't worry about the struggle of downtown parking, ONSITE PARKING IS FREE.
The interior of this upstairs apartment (with an inside staircase leading directly to pool area) has been tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture and mattresses.
2 KING beds
The pool area has launch chairs, umbrellas and dining table for the perfect meal.
Flat screen TVs in living room, office, and bedrooms, wireless access and we offer Roku TV.
The apartment is equipped with 2 full baths. One that includes a tub/shower combination and one bathroom with a shower.
The amenities don't stop there! We also have a washer and dryer in the apartment with detergent for your convenience and a fully equipped kitchen complete with pots, pans, and utensils.
We have a drip coffee maker, coffee, decaf, creamers, and sugar.
So many nearby attractions just steps (or a trolley ride) from the front door including shopping on St. George St, restaurants and sandy beaches where you can rent paddle boards, kayaks, small sailboats and more.

Convenience and comfort
Two couples shared Apartment 4 for a wonderful long weekend. Perfect central location allowed us to walk downtown for sightseeing and dinners without the parking hassle. Easy drive to beaches and light house. Apartment had everything we needednincluding a beautiful backyard pool. Highly recommended!

Clean and conveniently located
Very well appointed unit. We stayed upstairs in the two bedroom two bath apartment. The unit was very clean and accommodating. The pool area was very nice, especially nice was the inside stairway that made it easier to get to the upstairs apartment. Conveniently located only a 15-minute walk to all downtown

Nice 2BR2Bath Apt, up 20 stairs
Clean & comfortable with modern kitchen & appliances. Spacious rooms with door to master BR allowing privacy. Comfortable king beds in both bedrooms. Great showers and fluffy, clean towels. Nice living room space. This unit (No.4) came with 2 free parking spaces! Short, easy drive to the historic district main attractions, shops & restaurants. We recommend—provided that you can do stairs.

Charming!
Such a cute property, well within walking distance of the historical downtown and all the places we were headed to. Getting checked in was simple and the apartment we rented was so cozy and clean. The only thing that bothered me was the fact we couldn't stay longer to enoy the pool. Next time we're staying for a week at minimum!!!

Quiet and spacious
We loved the pool oasis and the quiet street. Easy walk to St George and all major attractions without worrying about parking. Apt was very clean and well appointed.

Fabulous Find in Florida
Location was great- short walk to lots of places in St. Augustine. Quiet neighborhood with friendly folks to talk to on our walks. Place was clean and comfortable. Host answered all inquiries quickly. Would recommend this spot and if we ever make it back to St. Augustine this is our spot. Did I mention bed was very comfortable?

St Augustine Getaway
We had an unbelievable stay at your location. The apartment was just what we needed…and then some.it was immaculate and had every convenience we needed. We loved the location. Since family members had 3 of the apartments it just led to us being able to spend special time with each other. The outside was so nice. It was warm enough to use that Saturday afternoon. Thanks for sharing your place with us. I would highly recommend it to my acquaintances. Thank you!
