Best Western St. Augustine Beach Inn

The hotel rooms were very clean and well taken care of. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The pool area and hotel grounds were lovely. It is a short drive to the historic part of St. Augustine. There were very good restaurants in the area and several were just a short walk away. The hotel is an easy walk to several of the beach access points. The beach was beautiful! It is a very long beach and very wide too. I would stay again.

All-in-all I was very happy with my stay. The only downside (and a small one a that) was the low water pressure in the shower and the VERY slow drains.

It was clean and maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were awesome. Within walking distance of beach, restaurants, convenience store. Pick up stop for trolley to take you to St Augustine. The bathroom had a sliding door, that got off track a couple of times and fell off at one point and( they did tend to that in a timely manner. (First time, not so much) and there were no towel bars. It's On a busy street that you have to cross to get to beach, one day our room didn't get cleaned. One last thing, don't sleep late on the weekends, they run out of the good stuff at breakfast. I'd give it a 8.

We loved that the rooms are renovated (tile floor instead of carpet, new vanity, new furniture). We didn't like that the floor was dirty (dust and some dark spots/stains).

Stayed in the one bedroom suite. It was huge!! It had a full kitchen, livingroom, separate bedroom, private bathroom and balcony! It was like an apartment and everything was very clean. TV's were located in both livingroom and bedroom with a good selection of channels.The hotel is literally across the street from the beach and ocean! Lots of restaurants, a few shops and a pier very walkable from the hotel. There is a grocery store (Publix) within a 5 minute drive of the hotel to make full use of the kitchen. Staff was wonderful, helpful and very present on site. Room was cleaned every day (which is rare these days) and bathroom was adequately stocked with towels, soap and shampoo. It was evident the room had recently been remodeled, which was nice. The only "downside" was the suite is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator so you do have to climb 2 flights of stairs. Access to the rooms is from the outside as well. (Old motel style facility) Breakfast was provided but it was very basic. I stayed for 6 nights so after so many days, I was getting tried of what was offered. These things would not deter me from saying here again!

Place was clean and convenient to places to eat and not far from the beach. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again

I am very impressed with this hotel. Very clean, fogless mirrors, spacious room and bathroom. Great breakfast. I like it so much that I booked two rooms for when my family comes to the area to visit Easter week.

The staff was pleasant, easy walk to the beach, many great local dining options, quick drive to St. Augustine. Guest laundry had one machine and it was out of order. We were surprised to find that room doors lead to outside at parking lot not an interior hallway. Overall an ok experience.

Not enough parking spots and the pool area was under renovations which was not disclosed ahead of time, besides that it was great.
