Property Description
The Place to be - - Olde Towne Beach Life St.Augustine and this condo! Our location is perfect any time of the year. A short walk to the beautiful flat beaches or free parking next to the pier. All your beach needs: umbrella, towels, beach chairs...As a fellow vacationer explains: it’s conveniently located to Old Town, Amphitheater, and lots of great places to relax, eat, and drink. Are you ready to begin your exploration of the most ancient city in America!
We have enjoyed so many places in the time we have spent in St. Augustine. First walking to the beach, swimming, fishing off the pier, riding a bike to the inter-coastal with the seagulls in the morning, playing volleyball, hanging out listening to the outdoor concerts and music echoing from local hot spots.
Cool theme restaurants like The Conch house and newly renovated Panama Hattie’s. Salt Life restaurant which can pick you up by golf cart if your drinking more than one; the taco shop known for their UFO tacos, Le petit’s French bakery which has amazing omelets that are so huge you will have to share…. or not! Geez haven’t touched on the historic district which has so much good food and enjoyable/quaint evening dining, entertainment, sightseeing, and places to kick back and have a drink while listening to music and people watching from one of the many balconies. There is public parking however we suggest the Red Trolley, Uber, Lyft or even take the bikes if you’re the athletic type.
There is a Farmers market several mornings during the week as well as major concerts in the local Amphitheater which you can get to by bike or less than mile drive. Dates and times available in The Social of St. Augustine on the internet.
Volleyball is available on the 6 beach courts next to the pier. One of our favorite things to do.
I like the pet adoption thrift store .5 mile away for unique things (the hubby doesn’t like that kind of hunting) and don’t forget to go to the alligator farm although a bit too close to the pet adoptions🧐🦔 for my liking. (Only kidding). so many adventures in the coolest place ever and we are originally from New York!
Getting around
We enjoy the bikes because the trails are throughout the beach areas and beach restaurants. There is public parking in the historic district or metered. Bike is 3.8 mi. Over bridge and pretty easy ride. Take the trolley from condo or Uber...The historic district is just wonderful to explore day and night!About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Kept on lease outside; pick up waste.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:- Quiet time after 10 PM - be courteous to neighbors

Enjoyed Our Long Stay ! Location is Perfect!
We stayed 10 days at this Old Town condo/villa.
It is truly - The Best of Both Worlds. You can make it a beach day or beach days. Or you can explore old St Augustine at your leisure. We did just that! Spending 10 days allowed us to soak up the sun and all that St Augustine offered.
Lori was very responsive to our inquiries.
We plan on returning again to see the Night of Lights in Nov-Jan to see St Augustine all lit up.

Old Towne Beach Life
This condo is neat, tidy, and scrupulously clean. Plenty of parking in the lot, close to the building, for unloading and loading. It is a short walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants close by that are all great for singles, couples, and families. It is a short drive to Old St. Augustine, very easy to get to.
As for the inside of the condo, there are a few drawbacks. There is no electrical outlet in the master bathroom. The furniture in the living room area really is not designed for the space and appears to be more for an outdoor patio area than a living room. Using the television was a challenging proposition. In the owner's notes, the owner mentions that you can use xfinity stream, but actually xfinity can only be used on your home wifi. We weren't able to use it. Pillows, sheets, blankets are all clean but worn, and would probably warrant a "refresh."

Great location
Overall a very good clean unit. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Only issue is not much insulation from noisy upstairs neighbors. Can easily hear footsteps, music, tv. Etc. would be great to have quiet hours posted.

Location/Accomadations
Overall a great stay! Owners were very thoughtful with their amenities. Everything you needed was there from cookware to beach accessories and bikes. Very short walk to a great beach. Plenty of sand and not over crowded. Very close to downtown and restaurants, and a easy short drive to historic St. Augustine. Great stay and location.

Get away
Everything was good. The place was very clean & comfortable. Loved that you added the amenities. The what to do pamplets were a great touch helped on what to do in the area..But the neighborhood people bring there dogs to 💩 in the yard ...but still the place was wonderful, would recommend ..

Great location - Great stay
Very nice stay in St Augustine and a great location - close to restaurants and the beach but far enough off the road to be peaceful. The condo has a nice beachy feel and has what you need - especially liked the beach cart, chairs and toys, were very handy. The master bed was comfy and no complaints from the kiddos.
