Room service was non existent, I called twice for room service and they took my orders but the food never came.

Needs updates desperately. Everything closes early. Limited selection of places to eat on resort. Need better activities. Very boring

Check-in was horrible. I waited 3 & a half hours before the room was ready. I will never stay at this hotel again.

All the staff was chill and tells you about many excursions, Rojay and the entire staff who assisted with boating, booze cruise/snorkeling and paddle boats were amazing. The ladies who host trivia and the culinary staff are quick and friendly. Highly recommend staying here for a few days.

Average resort..entertainment weak..water pressure for showers unacceptable..id rather pay extra 1000 too 1500 to go to Sandals or Secrets..lesson learned

Best vacation ever! The resort was great, staff wonderful, great food and drinks. The resort offers many activities including a waterslide. We booked offsite excursions with Georgia to Dunn’s River Falls, Luminous Lagoon and Blue Hole with tubing. Highly recommend all three.
