Our room was in the basement with a view of the land!!! You could make out a semblance of a swimming pool and the sea in the distance! I found a clump of hair stuck to the shower tile! Other than that the bedding is good... However, the breakfast is not up to par. Scrambled eggs are not good. We also ordered an omelet (more than 15 minutes of waiting) Restocking is not done regularly. There was no more cheese, no more orange juice! No fruit yogurts, only plain! It's a bit expensive, 18€/person. I will not return to this hotel..

We had trouble booking because the room rates and availability provided by both the hotel and the Accor group's reservation center were different. It turned out that the hotel, by favoring groups and airlines (Corsair crews), was overbooking rooms for the night of our arrival. It is a very pleasant hotel with a large swimming pool, located on the heights of Saint Denis but which therefore remains out of the city center. There is a free shuttle to the airport but a vehicle is essential. The entire staff, reception, driver, housekeeping or restaurant is friendly and dedicated. Our privilege room # 317 located upstairs is spacious and comfortable. For dinner, the restaurant only offers 2 unique dishes served either with rice or with quinoa. So we didn't eat there as we were expecting a much more varied range of dishes for a "Mercury" standard. The evening of our arrival, after an 11 a.m. flight, a company reception was organized around the swimming pool with loud music below the window until 9 p.m.: 1-Impossible to park the rental car in the car park of the hotel. hotel because business reception guests park their vehicles there. Our rental vehicle therefore spent the night in an unsecured public car park 300 m from the hotel. 2-Impossible to rest, even to start falling asleep because we dance under our windows. The next morning the hotel offers us free of charge and as compensation the breakfast buffet, which, with a room rate of 160 € improves the value for money a little.

We had booked a superior room with balcony, the view of the swimming pool and the whole city is really magnificent. The bed was small, no superior bedding like in all 4-star hotels where we were able to stay, and to follow, the mattress without great comfort! What a pity !
