Pour une nuit de saint Valentin très chère quelle déception ! Cadeau d’un mug pour 2 Baignoire très vetuste et lavabo sans pression Le rapport qualité prix n’y était pas du tout Le petit déjeuner très ordinaire pour un 4 étoiles Personnel désabusé À la limite du je m’en fiche Pas de baignoire de bain dans les chambres Bref grosse déception

Après avoir réserver l’hôtel de la famille Adams, enfin un établissement de qualité à Saint Amand. L’accueil et la qualité de l’hôtel m’ont fait oublier l’horreur d’un château en délabrement qui ne devrait plus apparaître dans aucun guide ou système de réservation. Arrivé pour une cure aux thermes de Saint Amand qui entre nous sont d’excellente qualité de soins, j’ai eue la désagréable surprise de tomber dans un établissement digne de la famille Adams, mais l’hôtel Pasino m’a redonné foi en l’hôtellerie de chaîne. De plus le forfait curiste, chambre en demie pension, repas et petit déjeuner inclus est plus que raisonnable rapport qualité prix.

Suite qui ne correspond en rien à une suite, chambres et hôtel très vieillots. Service ? Pas de service Grosses taches sur la moquette et peintures à refaire. Ne vaut pas le détour… Je n’y retournerai pas

Amateur de silence , passez votre chemin ! Cet hôtel noté comme un 4 étoiles n’en mérite que deux, outre les problèmes de finitions dans la chambre (voir photo) , à notre arrivée le lit grincé. Ni restaurant ni bar tout est dans le ****** avec le bruit qui s’y rattache bien sûr ! Quel dommage que le restaurant ne soit pas plus isolé ….même pas de miroir grossissant dans la Sdb! Point positif pour l’insonorisation

Chambres bruyante à cause des pièges à son qui laissent passer tous les bruits de l'exterieur. Plateau de Courtoisie version très éco. La salle de bain avec les WC non séparés qui se ferme avec une porte de placard( idée lumineuse d'architecte) a été bricolée salement, les rideaux déchirés...... Bref à vérifier sérieusement. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et varié servi dans un salle agréable avec un personnel attentif. L'équipe de la réception est professionelle et souriante.
