I couldn't make a reservation for a hot spring inn at GW and I was planning to sightsee Matsuyama the next day, so I booked this hotel with 2 meals. It is a brown bright outer wall hotel, and the lobby and rooms are clean. There is a bath on the top floor, and the morning hot water while looking at the street is very refreshing. The convenience store next door was also convenient.

The location is good because it is right in front of the station. There are many hotels around, so there is a welcome drink at a cheap price and it is good for the price. Coffee is delicious.

We used it as a pre-night stay to climb Mt. Ishigaki. Is the impression that there are many people staying in business? There are convenience stores and restaurants around, and it is a location that is not troublesome to eat. Even if there is something short, convenience stores are in front of you across the road, so you can get most things. The bed in the comfort room was large and sleepy, and the amenities were also available and I was able to spend without inconvenience. There was breakfast, but the meeting time on the day of the mountain climbing was early, so I was sorry that I couldn't get breakfast. The Goto campaign was applied on the reservation site, and I received a regional common coupon. If you are around the hotel, it was a paper describing where you can use it, and it was saved (as a result, it became a ropeway ticket...). The location is very convenient, right next to JR Iyo Saijo Station and easy to find. The clerk is also very friendly and enthusiastic. The room is clean and comfortable, normal level ~ the price is very good and well worth the money.

I was grateful for 6:15 because the morning time is precious for the walking pilgrimage. I don't know if the dining room was more careful and put in, but I think the response of the hotel people here who can respond flexibly is wonderful. 5200 yen including tax (with breakfast) is a very reasonable price I would definitely like to stay here next time I come again.

The front desk was fully rated, including check-in, starting from the inquiries before check-in. The room was also grayed up for single twin use, and it was a twin room. I can't deny that it's aging, but it was cleaned properly and I was able to stay comfortably ２ I had a Chinese course for dinner with a meal pack, but aside from the food, No one else came until the end and it was a lonely dinner. The content of the meal is a pack, so it's probably like that. Next, breakfast, ６ Starting at 30:00 was grateful to us who got up early, but regardless of the variations of the food, The seasoning was not good. No matter which one I ate, this is delicious! !! There was nothing, and the breakfast venue was unexpectedly small, and there was little sense of liberation on the top floor. Lastly, I was impressed, but it was a hotel that I would not stay if there was no national discount (sorry).

Convenience stores at the station are closed early, there is a restaurant map, but there are many things that are not easy to walk, and there is no car, and the meal is limited. It is a new and clean hotel, but the surrounding situation was not good.

The hotel's reception area and bar are quite modern with some cute Japanese décor and homewares on shelves. There is also a complimentary 'amenity buffet' so you can pick up some extra soaps, shampoos, bath salts, etc. any time you need them. We had a wa****su (traditional Japanese tatami room) on the 3rd floor that was moderate in size but very clean and looks to have had a recent renovation as the bathroom was very new and modern. Imabari's main shopping street is just a 2 minute walk away with some nice coffee shops and homeware stores. There are also two Poeme stores very closeby where you can buy Imabari's local sweet treat which are perfect with coffee and also as a boxed gift idea too! The nearest convenience store (a Family Mart) is about a 5 minute walk away and Imabari Castle is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front entrance and makes for an interesting afternoon and has an excellent 360 degree view from the top. The hotel has bicycles that you can rent for free, however the seats were very uncomfortable and even a little painful (though it might just be me, as I haven't ridden a bicycle in quite a few years and am a big heavy Australian bloke!) Our futons were very comfortable and we had a great nights' sleep and felt very refreshed in the morning. Unfortunately we made the decision to go to the Imabari Kokusai Hotel for breakfast instead of having breakfast at Hotel Kikusui Imabari and we had quite possibly the worst buffet breakfast there. Really regret we didn't just stay and have breakfast in-house, as the food at Kikusui looked to have been far better and at a fraction of the price too! Couldn't fault this hotel and will absolutely stay again on my next visit to my old hometown of Imabari!
