Top hotel, impeccable service, we had full board, we were treated like kings, lunch and dinner à la carte food very well served with color, taste and very well presented 5 stars bravo chef, the waiters also really at the service of the staff of the profession bravo because I am in the profession myself, I am also a chef, breakfast lacks a real espresso coffee otherwise everything is spotless the spacious rooms. It was Ramadan. All hotel services were closed without prior notice. It's supposed to be an international hotel. The facilities and the hotel are great, and brand new, but when we arrived, we found everything closed and couldn't do anything but stay in our room. It was impossible to get there or get around without transportation. It wasn't indicated that the hotel was closed during Ramadan. The hotel service could have been significantly improved. The hotel was inexperienced, and the managers didn't want to show their faces.

I had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Blu Garden Saïdia. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained, with spacious rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. The gardens and pool areas are stunning and perfect for a peaceful getaway. One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the entertainment team they brought so much energy and joy every day! A special thanks to Hakim, without a doubt the best entertainer. His charisma, humor, and positive attitude made every activity more fun and memorable. Whether it was sports, games, or evening shows, Hakim always gave his best and created an amazing vibe. Thank you to the whole team for making my holiday unforgettable. I’ll definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great time in Saïdia!

We've spent a nice week at the resort. It is the smallest resort we've ever been to. It was a pleasant surprise. Well mantained, stuff polite and helpful. Food and pool were fine. Not next to the beach. First time we've trusted our kids to a Kid's club by themselves thanks to Salma´s great work and sense of responsability. My kids still miss you. Wish you the best for your kindness. Tarek provided us great kindness every day and great informations in very good portuguese. Dj Abdij very gifted: most diversified holyday soundtrack and live music played by himself. We´re greatful for Hayat taking such good care of our rooms. A special thank you to Remo from Reception (I can't remember if this is the correct name, apologies for that). Together with Mounir - Guest Relations and the all team, they managed to prepare a surprise birthday cake/party at the swimmingpool for our Mother´s birthday. Thank you all for the great memories.
