Radisson Blu Resort, Saidia Beach

The hotel very quiet and calm with nice view there's a beach golf.....the people here very friendly Hassan maitre d'hotel and ayoub, Shaheazad.....and kitchen team and also breakfast team... what I cam say that I had a really a good experience.

My son and I recently attended this resort as my son was partaking in a snooker tournament that was being held here. Unfortunately our baggage with all of our personal effects didn't arrive at the local airport, I conveyed this to the front desk and one of the staff being fluent in French contacted Royal air Maroc on our behalf to chase things up. After three days with the luggage still missing and my son having no formal clothes to partake in the tournament we had no option but to cut short our stay and return back to the UK. it with heartfelt thanks that we wish to thank Asma Abdelkhadek for her painstaking attempt to retrieve our luggage, Asma was so concerned for us due to this situation. Asma you are a credit to the Raddison Blue , thank you so much for your genuine concern its very much appreciated. During our brief stay we would also like to say a big thankyou to all the staff at this resort, you made our stay very comfortable under the circumstances. Our room was clean and well appointed, and the food was of a very good standard.. Many thanks to all Luggage arrived at our home address 16 days later! Thanks Royal Air Maroc-

exceptional stay at the Radisson Blu Saïdia Beach! A big thank you to Mounir and Asmae from customer relations for their warm welcome and professionalism. They were very helpful throughout our stay and made our experience even more enjoyable. Thanks also to Imad, Fatima Zahrae, and Mohamed from the bar for their kindness and impeccable service, as well as to Hassan for his availability and attention. The whole team made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return with great pleasure!
