千萬別去，房間衞生差，不是玻璃球，是塑料球，全是塑膠味兒，我去看了一眼，説不好，酒店服務態度變得巨差，錢也沒退我們就走了，不值得，泰國沒態度這麼差的

Ein sehr schönes Hotel – besonders die Zimmer in der Bubble am Fluss sind ein echtes Erlebnis. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da es aktuell recht heiß war, wurde uns als Alternative ein reguläres Hotelzimmer angeboten. Die Bubble-Zimmer sind jedoch mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die für angenehme Temperaturen sorgt. Ein kleiner Nachteil: Klimaanlage und Belüftung erzeugen etwas Lärm. Am Morgen wird individuell nach den Frühstückswünschen gefragt – insgesamt ist das gesamte Team sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und herzlich.
