I was staying for a night. There was a group booking who were partying all night in my floor. Music was very loud and they were singing songs in cachophony. Despite 4/5 repeated calls to the reception no action was taken by the hotel to bring the noise down.
I was charged for a good night sleep by I the hotel but from 10:30 pm to 2:30 am the group was singing loud, playing loud music, running across lobby. Shouting at top of their voice - not allowing anyone to have any rest.
The hotel staff was completely useless to stop them. I have hence rated service as poor.

Traveled with my family. The staff there is soo humble to offer us free upgrade to make our trip more memorable. Will be visting them again.
