Very convenient
Airport Bus from HND Airport stops right at the hotel
3 mins from Sagami-ono Station ... well connected to Hakone/Yokohama or Shinjuku.

I stayed here with my daughter for the common test.
When we checked in, we were given a heating pad, a hot eye mask, and a KitKat, with the message "Are you taking the exam? Good luck."
When I used a hair dryer in the middle of the night, the circuit breaker in our room tripped, so I contacted the front desk and they responded immediately, and even came to our room to check that it was back on.
I'm very grateful for their kind assistance.
The location was also great, with a Starbucks right outside the station.

It's a place I always use. There are few tourists and it's clean, so I like it. It's not a tourist attraction, so it's quiet and the location is satisfactory. I want to use it every time.

I thought it was a business hotel, so the room was surprisingly clean. The restaurant was a buffet, but they also had healthy options, so my child (3rd grade elementary school) could eat them. It would have been even better if the white rice was tasty.

Advantages: The waiter (Miss Okiyama) is pretty, professional, and has a friendly smile! bic camera is downstairs!
Disadvantages: The facilities are quite old, and the toilet equipment is an old antique toto!
