I've been using this hotel for about 7-8 years.
I was impressed with the service provided by the front desk, but
the other day, the master key wouldn't open the door to the large bath, so I had to make three trips from the large bath in the basement to the front desk on the second floor. (lol)
It was tough making three trips in the cold of January, wearing light loungewear and being given a different key each time!
