The hotel is located right across from JR Saga Station. The staff provides excellent service.

Just south of JR Saga Station, just cross the road.
The room is small, but Japanese hotels are basically small. It's a bit old, but very clean, no odor, and comfortable. The front desk service is OK. I know a little Japanese so it's convenient, but even if I don't know Japanese, I can communicate in simple English, and check-in is very convenient. The bathhouse is small, but it's always good to be able to take a bath. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties and good taste.
There is a big supermarket nearby to go shopping. There are also some ramen restaurants. I went to eat at ふくの家, which is very affordable and tastes OK (but Kyushu ramen is generally salty)
