零下幾度的天氣，到店以後打開地暖，温度一直6度7度跳，問老闆，老闆説等一個小時就暖和了。我和我朋友就坐在那裡抖着等了大概40分鐘，温度一點變化沒有，後面給我們換了房間，説確定這個房間地暖是好的。我們也沒説什麼，衹是覺得太冷了。結果新換的房間也衹有12度，太累了實在懶得折騰，穿着衣服睡將就了一晚（第二天醒來地暖依舊衹有17度）。並且到店供養系統打不開，老闆説忘記開了。第二天我朋友就感冒了，高原感冒非常麻煩，導致我們原計劃也沒能如期完成。最離譜的是第二天早上10點左右，不知道保潔還是誰，直接刷卡打開我們房間門。 跟老闆反應後他也是一直罵員工，連一句不好意思都沒跟我們説。讓人難以接受。

薩嘎這個地方主要就是交通中轉，無論自駕還是跟團，因為地理位置因素都會選擇這裏住宿，所以導致這裏物價很高。當時選擇這家酒店的時候一開始看到是沒有評論的新酒店，後來看到一條評論，其實會有各種忐忑。找了攜程各種確認，直到住宿，訂的標間發現窗户就是直接對着牆，要求更換，直接説要漲價。後來準備換酒店了，前台小姐姐打電話問了老闆免費升級了房間，新的房間很大，一個房間有兩個窗户，一個房間有一個窗户還是對牆。應有的東西基本都有，總體住宿環境尚可，有個房間下水不好，也很及時的處理了。酒店現在主要接待印度的國際旅行團。衞生狀況還可以做的更好。

10月1到薩嘎，邊檢遇上大堵車，晚上10才入住，房間挺大，但佈局奇怪，夜裡停電兩次，衹能説途經此地將就一下。

我們訂的套房，但是提供不了給我們，換成了兩個大床房，服務態度特別好，但是第二天上午十點，直接開門進來，還沒退房就直接開鎖進來很影響心情所以服務沒給滿分。衞生環境都好。設施為什麼扣分，電梯是壞的，去洗衣房要爬六樓，洗衣機也有問題，洗出來的衣服比放進去之前還臟。有個房間的供氧有問題，一開機就是22.6%，出不了氧氣。新酒店開業，抓緊改正吧
