衞生：非常差，如圖
服務：到酒店後找前台找了十分鐘，沒人，入住後房間電視打不開，打電話前台沒人接，第二天上午八點多莫名其妙房間門被打開，沒有敲門，直接被打開，人還光着身子在屋裡
環境：標註房間有53平方，實際只有25平方。
早餐沒啥吃的
設施：有個投影儀，擺設來的
給了我一個別人退房沒打掃的房間，第一次碰見這樣的

早上在睡覺，服務員不敲門，直接拿房卡就把房間打開了！還是在反鎖的情況下！一身冷汗都起來了，萬一是哪位喝醉的人進來呢？下次不會再考慮了

床單上枕頭上都是頭髮拖鞋上是大塊的煙灰房間的礦泉水瓶上積灰了還有頭髮一大早8點多服務員來敲門11點多又敲門7點多在房間門口聊天講話真是服了！

薩嘎找了好久，沒有很滿意的住宿，看到這個新開的，沒有人評價，還是看了酒店再入住的，有浴袍，洗澡熱風熱水很方便，房子裏也有電暖氣，店主會給你介紹的清清楚楚。很好！周圍還有好吃的湘菜館。

這種酒店其實就是私人店，老闆兼服務員和保安就是一個藏民，根本不知道什麼是服務，衹要入住別提任何問題和要求老闆什麼都不懂也不知道，其實客人就是買個住的房間一切別奢望。酒店沒有早餐。酒店大堂及房間滿股藏味很嗆鼻。沒有淋浴房只有一個花灑，馬桶衞生很臟，房間也沒人打掃，毛巾都是黃色戴斑漬，湊合著住一晚也就這意思。酒店門口停車位就四五個，來晚就沒停車位。酒店隔音極差，隔壁聲音全都聽得清楚，一個民宿而已。

新開業不久，房間裏還有裝修的味到…藏族老闆態度差…被安排的房間床頭巨大一面窗子，晚上睡覺窗子漏風直吹頭頂！海拔4500+一夜基本無眠。早上退房的時候問前台要一瓶水想吃點葯，老闆直接瞪眼睛兇巴巴説“不給，每人只有一瓶！”…媽耶～～

看得出來老闆初心想好好做酒店，可各種服務都跟不上，但薩嘎酒店整體都那樣，顯得也就是一般水平，作為旅遊縣城，希望能改進。

我那天住609樓頂什麼聲音挺大 每過3分鐘響一次把電話給前台也不接 幾乎沒有休息好 同他們説也沒用 有錄音憑證 後來打電話到攜程投訴
