Leyla Hanim Konagi

Safranbolu|0.03km from City History Museum
While getting lost in the stone streets and historical texture of Safranbolu, staying in a special place like Leyla Hanım Mansion means capturing the spirit of this fascinating town. Leyla Hanım Mansion is a 19th-century Ottoman house built between 1339 Hijri and 1921 AD. This historical house has been carefully restored and preserves its traditional architectural features, offering its guests an unforgettable experience. Old wooden ceilings, handcrafted details and antique furniture will take you back in time as you wander around the mansion. Our mansion offers a perfect environment for rest and relaxation with its comfortable rooms. Each room is equipped with modern amenities and offers a warm ambiance. Staying in a historical house also offers the opportunity to experience traditional Turkish hospitality. Our mansion is located in the center of Safranbolu's historical bazaar, at the entrance of the city museum with its new name, the old government mansion. In the 19th century, houses close to the government office were more valuable. All our rooms have a TV, minibar, kettle, private toilet and bathroom, hair dryer, water and tea. In fine weather, you can have tea, coffee and breakfast in the garden of our hotel with a view of Safranbolu, while in winter months you can have it indoors, with underfloor heating and furnished with old stones, and sip your coffee by the fireplace. The entire floor of our hotel is furnished with handmade Yagci Bedir carpets, and the ceilings are decorated with excellent Safranbolu wood workmanship.

His home is on the 3rd floor, the first floor of the restaurant public space, the second floor seems to be 3 rooms, the third floor is 3 rooms. We live in the room on the rightmost side of the second picture. It is the scenery room I like. This room has the best sunshine and scenery, but the bathroom is outside, which is the leftmost position in the second picture. There is a room separated in the middle, and that room has its own toilet in the room. The advantage of this room is beautiful, the disadvantage is to go to the toilet. In addition, as I observed, there is no air conditioning in the room, and a heater is placed in the cabinet. So it should be considered carefully in the hot or cold season. As far as this homestay is concerned, the operator is a family of three, the male owner is responsible for communication, and the hostess is responsible for cooking. We stayed for two nights and the hostess told us that the next day's breakfast was 9 o'clock. She may be shy? ? The host does not speak English, and even the bread bread does not understand, but he will use the mobile phone to translate the app very actively to communicate with us. The breakfast was very good. Although there was no meat, it could be seen that the boss and his wife had spent a lot of thought on it, with pictures as evidence. The delicious breakfast here has more or less appeased my angry experience (referred below). The overall family atmosphere, the news broadcast will be broadcast during breakfast in the morning, and we will come back in the evening to see their family of three eating and show the cartoons to their five-year-old son. The downside was that something had nothing to do with accommodation: the boss recommended us on our first day of arrival to see the glass platforms and caves on the nearby mountains, and called the taxi driver who knew him. But the owner refused to tell us the price, and asked the driver to tell us that the driver drove out a long way to say the price. It was about the 2-hour package price of 1,000 lira fare (no watch). But the first attraction was not opened due to the power outage, and we stayed for 10 minutes for the second attraction. From getting in a taxi to getting out of the taxi, it took less than an hour, and the driver finally insisted on receiving 1,000 liras. Later, when I returned to the hotel, I told the boss about this. He also checked with the driver that these things did happen. He said that the driver received a high price. The local travel agency included a car guide meal and it was only 60 euros. He could not let his tenants be treated like this. I will definitely tell the driver that this thing will be given to me again. A reply, but he didn't mention this until the moment of check-out, I don't know what a blend between them.

Such a great place to stay in during your visit in Safranbolu. Super clean and comfy rooms, taste breakfast, and wifi working fine. Ask for the rooms facing the village and you will be amazed by great views. Ismail and Duygu were an amazing charming, carefull hosts, we were a group of 7 and they treated us as part of their family. Do not hesitate about staying here, as the owners, the rooms, the breakfast worth a visit.

The house is located just next to the old Safranbolu hall. It can be driven by a car. It has been a house where we are very happy with a clean, sweet, family environment. The rooms are a little small but the businessmen are very broad...

A beautiful, historic wooden mansion with friendly hosts, amazing breakfasts and a perfect location. Safranbolu houses are known for their historic cupboards, and there are two in this mansion, a bath cupboard and a turning serving cupboard. I chose to stay in the master bedroom which is possibly the most beautiful room in which I have ever slept. It has access to a shared bathroom, but there are other rooms with their own bathroom if that is what you prefer. The house has (I think) eight rooms for visitors, so if you are a group you could book an entire floor or an entire house. I was very happy staying there as a solo visitor, too. The breakfasts are generous and tasty. When I came down on the first day and saw a table covered with small bowls, I thought this was part of the buffet - instead, I found that it was all for me! And that was before the fruit and a freshly cooked egg dish were brought to the table. It is a family-run hotel and they are very kind and helpful. They gave me both advice (in English) and practical help, and they were very responsive to emails while I was planning my trip. The house is very clean and comfortable and I recommend it most highly! I hope I will be able to stay there again one day.

We have met with a clean and peaceful environment that destroys the pandemic holiday anxiety. We are very pleased with the sincere hospitality of the company's owner Mehmet Bey and his wife, the Cuban Lady. The prayers we received from the elders of the Mehmet Beyin family were the greatest gain we received when we returned to our house. Our room was perfectly comfortable to go straight to sleep with clean beds decorated very beautifully. Its breakfast makes you feel private and it was very nice to taste the local moons that the Cypriot Lady has prepared for them. Our four-year-old twins adopted the homes of Elif and Ömer, and they wanted to return to the home soon during our trip to Safranbolu. We were very happy with the birthday surprise to our children when we left the house. After your family warm holiday, we prefer to stay in Safranbolu, certainly Hüma Hatun Housings ...
