The location is great, but the heating in the room is very weak and it's very cold to sleep in the room.

清潔で使いやすい。 おばさんが夜中と早朝に無神経に会話してるのは宿とは無関係ですが不快でした。 3連泊しましたが快適でした。ありがとうございます。

Both the room and the common areas were well-cleaned, and I had a very comfortable stay. The only disappointment was that although I was told that there would be no charge for parking when I reserved it, all the free spaces were taken on the day and I had to pay. However, at 500 yen per night, I felt the price was reasonable. The hotel is also easily accessible, right near Ryotsu Port, so I would definitely use it again if I go to Sado again.

The toilets and showers are shared and outdoors, but that's to be expected at a guesthouse. The room was clean and had a big bed, so I was satisfied. More importantly, it was conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the Sado Kisen Terminal at Ryotsu Port.

Pros - We were able to leave our suitcases in the morning. - The room and bed were clean. - It was close to the port, so we were able to catch the first ferry in the morning smoothly. - There was a power outlet by the pillow, so it was easy to charge before going to bed. - The shower room and sink were easy to use, simple and very good. Cons - We were informed on the day that bath towels were sold separately for 200 yen. We didn't bring them, so we spent 400 yen for two people. We wish they would add that to the accommodation fee from the beginning. - We weren't informed at the front desk that there was WiFi, so it was slow to connect. - There was no tissue box in the room. There was alcohol spray on the sink, but I wish they would leave tissues in the room. - It was only 3 floors with stairs, so it was quite difficult to carry the suitcases.
