We like the location of the property. It is next to the Golden 1 Center. The housekeeping team stopped by several times throughout our stay to restock our room. The room service was excellent; we did not wait a long time for our order.
We did not like that we had to wait over an hour and a half to be checked in.
Front Desk: Initially, there were only two front desk representatives when several groups were checking in. In our view, the hotel was not prepared for the number of individuals checking in.
Housekeeping: The front desk did what they could; however, they blamed the housekeeping team for the delay. Housekeeping's lack of scheduling enough staff reflects on hotel management overall.
Room: The carpet in the room was stained and dirty. No microwave in the suite? The suite pocket door needed oiling.
Other: A fire alarm went off. After going down five flights of stairs (I am disabled), to find out that it was a test was disappointing and painful. The stairways and handrails were dirty as well.
